Worth the visit, especially the Mojo workshop! - The Chef who showed us to make the Mojo was just great. He loves food and good ingredients and wants to share his knowledge. He was kind enough to seriously try and judge our first attempts to make our own Mojo. We will definitely keep doing those at home! We also appreciate that the more expensive wines were also open for trial-per-glass, not only the more common ones.

Terrific day at the winery. - The demonstration of how to make the mojos by Chef Moises. He was terrific! Also the experience of making our own mojos. Also the winery tour. It was a terrific day. Only wish we could have kept the aprons as a remembrance.

Wine tasting - bodegas Monje - Drove up from the south of the island just for this tour. The vineyard has dramatic scenery as you look out over the vineyard to sea. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny you really get a feel for the family tradition that exists here. The tasting gave you great choice served with delicious snacks. Opportunity to buy wine on site but no pressure to buy. Well worth a visit.

Must do in Tenerife! - Loved the experience! The wines are amazing, all of them, super fresh and delicious (and they are not stingy with pouring either), the workshop was very informative and engaging (I forgot the name of the chef, but she was a super sweet girl) and the food there is fantastic. I recommend arriving early and try one of their brunch offerings as well, it was soooo tasty! Especially the slow roasted pork, just divine! Don’t leave without some cactus jam to go as well. The tour host, Caleb, was super nice, very knowledgeable, and very funny. 10/10 recommending this!

This was a great tour of... - This was a great tour of the winery, including the cellars and seeing the winemaking process. Then we tasted 3 wines (white, rose, and red) while working on our Mojo sauces during the workshop. We were given the recipe to take home as well. It's a beautiful location and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

This was a most memorable experience. - A very friendly and informative trip. This was a most memorable experience. First we had a tour of the winery, with the charming Caleb, which was worth visiting in itself and then had a mojos making workshop. We were shown by their very friendly chef, Andres, how it was done professionally and then let loose ourselves. All great fun and the flavour of hand made mojos bears little resemblance to the comparatively bland versions you get in jars. We ate it all on site along with various local delicacies and a couple of glasses of wine.

Great experience, great views and great wine - Our guide was very informative and friendly. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The views were stunning and the the journey through the cellar was very cool. We especially liked the final room which was very impressive. The making of the Mojo was a fun experience but as we learnt go easy on the salt. The staff were very friendly and the wine was of good quality.
