It was a nice respite with the hot sauna, aromatherapy, and cold piunge IN the lake was cool - I do wish it was a tad longer like 90 minutes or even 1hr45min just because part of the time we were hanging out outside between the sauna and it’s easier to build up the hot cold. So felt a little rushed at 75 minutes - that said, it was great, I felt super relaxed, going into the lake was cool - love the simplicity - the tea was also sooo so good and the sprays at the end, chefs kiss
