Being in the boat, Logan... - Being in the boat, Logan and Katie made the trip lots of fun. And we did get to see some dolphins! 😀👍

Great experience - The staff was very friendly! They chatted with us on our way out of the bay, took our picture, and even gave us restaurant recommendations! They knew exactly where to get us for the dolphins and we got so close one swam right next to the boat! Would highly recommend

Excellent experience!! - Sunset was beautiful! Several dolphins were spotted, nice treat! Cruise crew were awesome! The ride was super fun & safe.

Great time - It was fun. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the check in. But we called the help number and found it. It started right on time. They found where the dolphins were and we got great video. Trying to snap a picture was next to impossible. I recommend a video. Safety was important as the water was rough and the driver opted to stay out of the gulf. It lasted about an hour on our trip. So Fun.

The captain was very... - The captain was very entertaining and kept us all engaged. He also let us know where some of great or not so great places to visit on our trip 😀

Great dolphin and boat experience! - Awesome adventure! Captain Trent was a great guide! We saw lots of dolphins and experienced a fast ride on the Thriller! Also loved the music! Great evening and dolphin experience !

Deceptive listing - While this ride was fun and we got to see a lot of dolphins, it was definitely not what we were expecting. I booked it from a listing that says it included wine and snacks and it was a totally different type of boat than was pictured in the listing. The ride was nice and we enjoyed it, but the listing was very deceptive.

Terribe policy and operator - This experience was truly disappointing. Despite making reservations over three weeks in advance, I received a call just four hours before my trip, informing me that they didn't have enough people and wouldn't be taking the boat out. It would have been much appreciated if they had notified me at least 24 hours in advance, allowing me to make alternative arrangements. It feels unjust that app operators can cancel anytime without consequences, while customers aren't allowed to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Use A Different Company - Took fiance for 50th bday. First thing is they gave us the bait and switch. Booked on an earlier cruise so we could make sure we could see the different fish through the emerald waters. They called and told us out trip did not have enough people and urged us to do the sunset cruise. Also assured us we would still be able to see fish during the first part of the trip. Found out the boat we booked on broke down which is why we were rescheduled, not lack of booking as we were informed. Why lie here? Despite their assurances, we could not see through the water at that time. Those who have been to Destin know you can see fish through the beautiful water during the day. Boat was slow as could be, speedboat is a stretch. Missed bulk of sunset due to them trying to find dolphins to look at, disregarding the sunset cruise aspect of the trip. Had to try and see sunset through a bridge blocking most of the view. Failed miserably at every aspect of the trip. Part of trip was to see if we wanted to take our nieces and nephews later this summer, we definitely will not be using this company again.
