E-Bike Tour with Joseph - Our Tour guide was Joseph he was excellent. He assisted me with my bike, played excellent music, and was very engaging. I had a great time!!

Organizer did not show up. Zero communication. Waste of time. - I booked the tour a couple of weeks in advance. On the date of the tour I messaged AND called the organizer 1.5h in advance to ensure that the tour is still taking place given that the weather was not that good. The operator did not answer and there was no notification in the app that there would be a cancelation.
I got there 15 mins before the planned time and the office was closed. Ended up waiting for 20 mins and then went back to the hotel. Wasted $20 on uber and 1.5h for nothing.
Now, 3 days later, I still have no reply from them or any refund.
