Great experience for visitors - Faz was our guide, he was super knowledgeable and very good about pointing out the cool things that were on the route. He took time to take pictures for us and did good at ensuring our safety the entire he was leading us through the city! 10/10 recommend for those not from the area who want to explore and learn more!

10/10 experience - My husband and I had a great experience at In City Wheels. Our instructor was Faz and he was knowledgeable and kind. There was only one other person driving along with us so our group was small which made our experience even better. We enjoyed learning about the history and sightseeing all around dallas. We had the 2 hour tour and now that we’ve done the tour next time we visit we’re going to rent one out for the day. We got a lot of pictures which is always nice. The staff was friendly and gave us water as well. Thank you Faz for an enjoyable time! (ps my husband says Faz has good taste in music)

FUN! - We had a really really really good time! The bikes are fun and not too fast. Our guide Cody was patient and knowledgeable. The sites are fun and Dallas is beautiful! Don’t hesitate to book.

Disappointed about tricycles - I’m disappointed we were not able to go on our e-bike tour. On the website, there were tricycles available and I requested them. Due to the members of our group, the tricycles were necessary. After no responses from several requests, we assumed the company received the message. They apparently did not and when we showed up, they informed us they did not have the tricycles from the pictures and haven’t for over a year. The tricycles should not be shown on the website if they are not an option. In-wheels did apologize and helped cancel/refund our ride but again, we were disappointed with the outcome of our evening.
