Explore the wonders of marine life with Tenerife’s distinguished Whale and Dolphin Observing Experts. Embark on an exciting two-hour eco-journey with our expert biologists to respectfully watch the whales and dolphins in Tenerife’s Teno-Rasca Marine Protected region. Our uniquely designed 8-meter vessel for whale observation has comfortable bench seating arrangements for just 10 guests.
Our two-hour sea voyages set sail at 9:30 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:30 pm from our dock, ‘Pantalan No3’, located in Puerto Colón Marina in the southern part of Tenerife. This is not just a sightseeing trip, but an informative eco-adventure that lets you listen to the sounds of whales and dolphins with our hydrophone. Our package includes photographs of marine wildlife and our Sightings Guarantee. Come along and experience the most comprehensive whale watching eco-adventure in Tenerife.
- Confirmation is automatic - if we must reschedule (bad weather, not enough guests) we will call you to arrange an alternative.

Meet our Guides at the blue gated ENTRANCE to Dock/Pantalan/ GATE 3 in the Puerto Colòn Marina 15 minutes before departure time. We do not have an office. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves on time. Guests that are late do not receive a refund. You DO NOT need to print the ticket.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Brilliant whale (and dolphin) watching tour! - We had a fantastic experience on our whale watching tour. The guide and boat captain were both extremely knowledgeable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour and company!

Best experience in Tenerife - This whale watching tour is truly amazing! Our guide, John was incredible, he is very knowledegable and passionate about the marine life and the well-being of these animals. We saw many pilot whales and a group of bottlenose dolphins as well. John also took some amazing photos, which is also a great bonus and let us enjoy the experience. It was also important to us, that this tour is eco friendly (John grabbed some trash from the ocean), respectful towards the animals and very personal.
I highly recommend it to anyone, don’t even think about it twice!

Fantastic Experience - The company where brilliant with great customer service, and the trip was excellent. We were in a relatively small boat, with knowledgeable guides who told us all about the pilot whales and dolphins that we were lucky enough to both see and hear with the aid of a hydrophone.
I would thoroughly recommend this trip, and we were very glad we chose Atlantic Eco Experience...

Great & personal experience, knowledgeable captain - For us it was the perfect experience of watching dolphins in their natural habitat. John, our captain and a marine biologist, was very open to our questions and shared lots of interesting insights. This also made it a very direct and personal experience which we appreciated a lot since we did a rather "anonymous" whale watching tour in 2022 in Italy on a larger boat with ca. 60 persons. We were lucky and could even watch a group of Atlantic spotted dolphins besides a group of pilot whales. Thanks, John!

Perfect trip to enjoy the wonders of the sea - Do not search further this is the best boat trip you could hope for. The organisation is very quick at answering any questions you may have and John was a great skipper, very knowledgeable and respectful of the wildlife and code of conduct for whale watching.

Great boat trip - We went on a family outing with our children aged 5 and 9. We had a great time, Ion our guide was great, the explanations very clear. We saw lots of pilot whales, we were even able to listen to them through a microphone, and Ion sent us the photos taken from our outing for free by email.
I highly recommend!

Great experience, great crew - What a pleasant experience. Ion and the woman on board really took care of us and were very kind when our daughter got motion sickness. They kept an eye on her, thought of the best way to steer the boat, while still "chasing" the opportunity to see whales and dolphins.
We saw them both and it was impressive and worth the trip. Can definitely recommend!

Great animals, great people, great tour! - The tour was wonderful! Such nice people who treated the animals with respect. There was a lot of information, a good atmosphere and just a great time.

Fantastic tour to enjoy the wildlife in a respectful way - Really nice tour led by an expert on marine biology. If what you want is to experience the wild life in a small group, this is your tour. It lasts 2 hours and my 8 year old son enjoyed it loads too. I strongly recommend it as a nice and respectful option to see the wildlife.
