Excellent time snorkelling - We had a wonderful time with an amazing and patient crew and instructor Matteo. We didnt see any turtles but did see other amazing fish.

Brilliant - Great people, so friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw dolphins, a barracuda and a turtle! Equipment was great too, good masks and the jackets for the boat ride back are genius.

Top Gang at TravelSub dive € snorkle trip - Great Excursion, With diving pro's at work, and great happy people with a smile on their faces that you can see that they enjoy this too. Felt wery relaxed and at ease and could free dive deep. Only Sea Turtles were missing, but it is hard order them to come ;). Thanks again "Muscles from Brussels" as we said on the boat. Was free diving 5 days in row in Tenerife, this was the best excursion.

A great, unforgettable memory in tenerife! - This experience is amazing! The staff were extremely tentative and friendly. Although we saw no turtles, the underwater sights, fish and speedboat ride makes this experience really good value for money. Photos were also gifted for free!! Highly reccomend to anyone!

Fantastic experience snorkelling in Tenerife! - What an experience! We chose the snorkelling activity and it was absolutely brilliant. The guides were amazing, someone was always in the water with you and checking you were okay, they gave a full briefing before we went to ensure we felt confident, the boat was also always nearby and stocked with cold water if you needed a break. Snorkels, fins and wetsuits were provided and good quality, just needed to bring swimsuit, towel and suncream + shoes to walk to the boat. We saw an array of different fish whilst snorkelling and even saw a turtle and some dolphins whilst on the boat on the way there. Would 100% use the team again and recommend to others!

Super staff - 3 of us, my husband, son and I booked a snorkelling session to see the turtles- we didn’t see any turtles lol but that’s just the luck of the draw. The staff were amazing , really friendly and knowledgeable- lots of great advice and super friendly. Fell in love with their super calm dogs. I actually got list finding the place but the lady on the phone guided me and they waited whilst I hunted for parking. Lots of sizes in wet suits, life jackets and a variety of snorkelling masks. The boat ride out was really refreshing. It was a fairly windy day so maybe not the best for my hubby who was snorkelling for the first time but the staff were great, very supportive and gave him extra buoyancy aids. They took photos which were sent to us for free. There were also free drinks on board. Thumbs up all round and we’d definitely recommend and use them again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that whilst waiting for other to join the boat the diesel fumes were really strong and made all 3 of us nauseous, I don’t know if there was any way of avoiding that.

Family friendly snorkelling - This was a really family friendly trip. They were very good at communicating (we had to delay twice due to weather) and also explaining about everything before we got on the boat. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because we were told not to take bags (small boat!) on the boat and so we got cold on our way back…

👍🏻 Great - Sadly we didn't see the resident sea turtle but we did see plenty of other fish! My partner isn't the strongest swimmer but he felt very well looked after by our guide, who's name I've totally forgot! We did this back in May, admittedly it wasn't the warmest weather and the sea was quite chippy... wouldn't suggest doing this sort of activity in any of the earlier months of the year for this reason!

Not as we expected, disappointing - Will start off strong: the staff at the diving centre were amazing and very friendly. Really good English too. They had all of the right gear and it was all disinfected etc; snorkels, mask wetsuit, flippers. They also keep your bags with them behind the counter if you wish to keep them there, which is a nice touch. The lows now… I believe this excursion has been advertised extremely wrong. Firstly the title states that it is a ‘boat tour’ to which we boarded a speedboat, with no seats we were all sat on the edge worried that we may fall into the water at any point. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING ANY VALUABLES OR YOUR PHONE ONTO THE BOAT!! The waves are so choppy the boat was literally flying in the air, no exaggeration there unfortunately. There was no ‘tour’ whatsoever, it took us to a tiny cove to which turtles could potentially be seen, let us snorkel for a while and then back again. No commentary of what we were going past, about the sea life in Tenerife. Nothing. The boat we were expecting to be an actual boat, so boarding the speed boat came as a huge shock. Once we got to the cove, we all struggled to get our flippers on due to the lack of space on the tiny speedboat. The waves were extremely choppy, water was going in our mouths and through our snorkels. The area of sea was not very clear either. The ‘tour guide’ was more interested in taking photos of everyone than actually touring us around and showing us different things. The photos when we got back to the diving centre were EXTORTIONATE to buy, and not even good quality as most were taken in a rush!!!!! We saw a couple of fish that was it, I am aware it is not guaranteed that you will see Turtles but you’d at least expect a bit more sea life than a few small fish. It also states you get ‘water and a snack’ water was provided however a snack was not. The waves were so rough that 3 out of the group of 8 we were in were all throwing up over the side of the boat, whilst waiting to go back to the base. I do not think it is a good area to snorkel in or to be in a speedboat. I personally feel it is badly advertised, if you are expecting a proper boat tour in a calm area of sea AVOID AT ALL COSTS. if you are happy with a tiny, cramped speedboat with no seats and no actual boat trip, then book away!!! Not satisfied with the amount I paid.
