Amazing! - Amazing parascending experience! Really beautiful scenery! Great experience with my Dad. Excellent organisation and friendliness of the AJ Fly team, and they kept us very safe.

One more ticked off the bucket list! - Fab trip from start to finish- we didn’t have a pre-booking but were lucky enough to show up on the day and get a slot (this might have been easier because it’s not high season). The girl greeted us at pontoon 3 and took us to the boat were the two guys were waiting to take us out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made the experience enjoyable and relaxed. They explained everything very well from putting on the harness to take off, the dip in the water and landing. Loved every second! (You only get your feet and bum dipped and you’re wearing Alice jacket so non-swimmers don’t panic!) We did purchase the photos and videos they took (for €25) but I also took my GoPro up and took loads myself. Up for about 15mins and the views were amazing. One ticked off the bucket list and one very happy mother/daughter duo!! Thanks again! Would definitely do it again and recommend everyone try!

Great experience - It was a wonderful experience and I definitely fly again. The lady from booking was friendly and helpful, the captain, Ruben and Damian were very friendly and with great sense of humour. I have nothing to complain. Everything was more than I expected. Exceptional moment! THANKS ! - Top activity to do! We had booked the boat for 8 climbs and 2 guides, who ultimately went up too! Damien and the whole team took great care, it was just perfect! Special mention to the playlist on the boat which only added atmosphere to this perfect moment. Thanks again !

Amazing experience - Brilliant experience to do on holiday staff were friendly and made you feel comfortable On return to port you get a memory chip of 100 Photo and video of take off and landing of the experience for extra 25 euros great idea for memories would definitely do it again

Good experience, but it could have been better if we'd actually got what we paid for. - Positives: Great experience, fab photos and video (for additional €25). Experience made fun by the music and being 'dipped' in the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Negatives: we booked with a tour operator 2 tandems. I even had her call to check the 13 year olds could go up together and me with my 10 year old. We were told yes this was fine. However, when me and the 10 year old went up for our turn they ushered all 4 of us to go up together as a 4, rather than the 2 tandems we had booked. The experience isn't as good for those stuck at the back so was really disappointing for one of the kids (so for this I reduced the stars as it wasn't what I'd booked and for €45 per person it didn't feel fair that we were paying the same as families who were allowed up in pairs, as the experience for the 2 people at the back wasn't as good).

AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY - I wish I could give 0 stars.. myself and husband booked this for my husbands first time (I myself have done it before) Started off quite normal captain and crew mate were quiet all other couples/groups went up and down with zero problems. Out turn, first 3 odd minutes absolutely fine then all of a sudden our rope went limp, I thought that's not right maybe their messing because we're the last people to go (very common) we began heading towards the water quite quick and I noticed everyone on the boat stand up, we then landed in the water completely.. Still thought oh they're just joking.. then I saw the chute come down and realised we were in trouble ... (the right thing to do here would have someone come unclip us straight away) nope.... when us and the chute were in the water the boat started driving for what felt like eternity, myself and my partner were pulled under the water by the ropes brought back up by the vests and down again by the ropes repeatedly!!! we were on top of each other tangled then the boat stopped and we got free of the ropes then the boat started a SECOND TIME!! When it finally stopped I was so tangled I couldn't keep my head above water my husband got free from the tangle but we couldn't find our clips to detach.. eventually the crew mate thankfully jumped in and helped (after arguing with the captain about what to do) (fellow passengers informed us of this) when the crew mate came to detach me he shouted to the captain that I was very tangled up In the ropes, they told us to swim back to the boat, sorted out the chute said it was a parascending incident and told my husband the transmission went in the boat... absolutely understandable things happen but the lack of experience is shocking they should not have restarted the boat once the chute fell and filled with water, emailed for refund no answer was told on departure we could have our pictures for free.... how very nice of them to include blurry photos of us going up.. like I said I've done this many times very enjoyably and I know things go wrong but the inexperience spoke for themselves, thankfully we got away with pains and bruises but we feared for our lives I'll never be able to explain that feeling enough... we were offered no first aid or checked over at all, I would like to say that the crew member who jumped in did seem very concerned and genuine

Do not book with an fly - Awful experience, after paying €120 euros to fly the ticket seller had not sent the ticket over and after a very long walk from las americas to here she basically told my two teens to go away. Didn’t try to rectify the situation or call her office to fix it. So rude horrible woman. After being turned away and walk back to las americas get a txt saying they can do 4 o’clock later that day! No chance , would not give my money to someone who calls customers a punta!!!! Google the meaning Got a refund and booked next door with parascending Tenerife they were amazing. I’m glad it happened this way because reading reviews I wouldent have wanted to use this horrible company anyway
