Lanzarote tour - We had a great day starting with a very warm welcome at the hotel as we didn't speak Spanish. We were guided and accompanied from the hotel to the ferry before being picked up by a very friendly and passionate French guide for the visit to Lanzarote. The panorama is magnificent, we recommend it 300%.

Enjoyable day trip - The visit to the volcano park made this trip very worthwhile. Overall day was well structured with visits to lagoon, aloe vera factory, volcanoes and vineyard. Transfer to/from ferry was well organised and hassle free. Lanzarote is quite different from Fuerte so it is definitely worth a trip. Coach driver in volcano park deserves a special mention as road is precariously narrow and yet we always felt safe!

Absolutely incredible from start to finish. - 100% recommend! Friendly tour guides who are very knowledgeable and fluent in several languages! Easy to find and well guided throughout the tour. Me and partner thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely do it again and will be recommending to others. Thank you very much.

Great trip with minor flaws - It was a great trip, the organization was great. I wouldn't recommend lunch, it's better to bring something with you. The wine tasting at the end of the tour was very short and there was only a small 0.1 glass to try, we really hoped for more. Other than that, we got a great impression of the island.

Impressive excursion - We started from the ferry port in Corralejo. The whole trip was very well organized and the crossing was very pleasant. There are small things to eat and drink on board the ship. In Lanzarote we then got on the bus. Here a group of English and German speaking people were thrown together. This did not detract from the trip, as the guide explained things in German and English at all times. The winery and of course the national park are particularly worth mentioning. The tour was very impressive. One star deducted because of the really bad lunch. I cannot judge the buffet on offer, but the chips from the snack bar were not good at all and overpriced (first cold, then microwaved, €4.8). The Aloe "Museum" was interesting, but is more of a sales event. But here too the saleswomen were very nice, professional and multilingual. Overall a very worthwhile day on Lanzarote. Thank you for that!

Land of volcanoes! - A nice day, we enjoyed it! Comfortable coach and good guide with excellent English. Suggest the wine tasting tour requires more explanation about the types of local wine.

Quite interesting, but mass processing - Overall, you saw quite a lot on the tour, but our group included German, Spanish and French speakers, so our guide had to give all explanations in three languages and therefore recited a memorized text extremely quickly. We were in a large bus, so the photo spots were very crowded. We spent much longer at the Aloe Vera farm than stated, but we had less time for more interesting things. The "wine tasting" was disappointing, you only got a shot glass of wine and could only try one type. It was the free sample that every visitor gets without a tour.

Bad communication upon boarding, too bad! - Staying at the port of Corralejo, we walked to the pier. The receptionist checked our tickets and told us to go to the end of the pier and present our tickets there. We were well ahead of time but when it was time to board, we were refused entry and told to return to reception. The lady seeing us return obviously didn't understand and ran with us back to the boat which was about to leave. Without her help (thanks to her) we remained at the dock. The rest went very well. Our group was made up of English and French speakers and our guide had a perfect command of both languages. No downtime but no stress. The instructions were very clear, however leaving us a little autonomy in the choice of meal and visits (except Timanfaya which was very supervised). A little organizational effort at the start is all that is needed to make it perfect!

Disappointed - The nature is nice, national park is beautiful. In every place we stop, there was so much rush, we just jump from the bus 10 min and need to come back, vine tasting experience was the same, you choose dry or sweet vine, nobody was telling any storys about how rhey making the vine and so on, taste the cheepest vine and go back to the bus. Aloe vera museum was nice because the girls were showing the aloe, give to taste. So a bit disappointed of the rush
