Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

A trip to Italy is incomplete without tasting at least one of its famous pasta dishes… So, we’ll help you master two! Discover the art of hand-rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and how to create 2 distinct and simple pasta variants from scratch under the guidance of your Cesarina. To top it all, you’ll also learn the preparation of the legendary Tiramisu. Engage with your love for Italian food as you strike new friendships in this interactive cooking class, a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Italian culture.

Cesarina Anna was amazing - Wow! What a wonderful experience of spending time with Anna in the beautiful apartment with her hospitality and amazing touches.
We enjoyed traditional Italian food and holiday treats . Made pasta from scratch with historical and local flavors and stories added in. She prepared a children’s tiramisu and then we made a traditional version as well.
She is a treasure and our memories are precious.

como cooking experience - We experienced an unforgettable evening with Anna, our host and instructor, who guided us through the preparation of Italian pasta and tiramisu. I booked this adventure for my wife, daughter, and granddaughter, and it surpassed all expectations. Anna was an excellent host. She allowed everyone to become fully immersed in the Italuan cooking experience. The end results were delicious pasta dishes topped off by tiramisu for later. This is a memory we will always cherish. Thank you, Anna!

A wonderful evening of cooking, connecting and eating with a lovely local family - My daughter and I attended a wonderful evening of cooking, connecting and eating. Simona, Carolina and Antonio made us feel welcome in their lovely home. Both Simona and Carolina were very knowledgable around the history and traditions associated with the dishes. They have a great set up for group cooking with everyone being involved in the preparation (we had 4 people in our group). We then had a lovely meal together, enjoying the results of our cooking and sharing a bottle of wine with great conversation. I highly recommend this cooking experience. Wonderful experience! - We did a short day trip from Milan, and this was such a wonderful experience. We felt immediately welcome to Carolina and Simona’s beautiful home, with stunning views and a beautiful kitchen and prep space. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu from such lovely people was truly wonderful, even for (very) beginners which we are! Sitting down for a delicious meal was so nice and a highlight of our trip. We also got to learn all about the Como area and enjoyed exploring after, with excellent local insight. Truly a special experience and not to be missed.

Amazing, fun, and delicious class, wonderful host! - Monica was a joy to do the cooking class with, we both had a wonderful time. Extremely kind, helpful, and nurtured us along the way to what was a delicious couple of dishes! The food was wonderful, the company was great, and we'd highly recommend to anyone considering :)

View from the top - Didn't know what to expect going to someone's home, but it was wonderful. Our host was delightful and knowledgeable. We signed up with TripAdvisor and the communication was technically from another provider which was very challenging.
The class was so much fun as it was just my husband and myself for the class and it was the last one of the season for our host. Lots of laughs, tips and tricks for the rookie cooks. What a great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary on our European vacation.
The host was a great teacher and a fabulous host, We learned so much about food and living in Italy. Would definitely do it again.
