Authentic Lasagna in Remini, Italy! - We made Lasagna at an in home cooking class.
The chef/teacher was very knowledgeable how to make homemade lasagna noodles, belchemel sauce and delicious ragu sauce.
It was a delight to meet her mom and husband who joined us for a delicious meal.

Authentic food experience - We loved the experience with Patrizia. The teaching was so clear and easy to understand, the care Patrizia took in ensuring we understood, and then the final menu was so delicious. I feel like I can easily now make pasta at home. Patrizia’s home was so lovely too and we loved meeting her Mama who was always supporting in the background. Highly recommend

Great hospitality and delicious food! - This class was the highlight of our trip! Patrizia made us feel so welcome in her home. Her beautiful gardens and Italian country home create a gorgeous backdrop for a relaxing and fun experience. Patrizia speaks English with grace, but made us feel comfortable to practice our few Italian phrases we knew. Her mother, who is her sous chef was also very kind and funny. Patrizia walked us through every step of making 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu. She kept our wine glasses full and offered us snacks and water while we prepared the meal. We got to meet her husband and son while cooking and it really made it feel like we were guests in a friend’s home. When everything was finished, she and her mother served us our meal on their patio along with some homemade limoncello and moka coffee. She also helped us with calling a taxi to return to our hotel afterward. Patrizia also sends you a copy of all recipes when you are finished so that you can make them again at home. We loved our evening at Patrizia’s house and we can’t wait to make our new recipes for our family and friends at home! Highly recommend making this experience a part of your trip!

Memorable evening - My wife and I had a wonderful time with Tatiana. The dishes that we prepared under her expert guidance were absolutely delicious!!! It was a memorable experience and lots of fun.

More than a cooking class - true Italian experience! - We had an incredible experience during the cooking class with Patrizia! She was attentive, welcoming, and very helpful, sharing fascinating insights into the local Italian cuisine, regional specialties, and her family’s traditions. We were also impressed by her beautiful home, which made the experience even more special. In the end, our lasagna turned out absolutely delicious! We highly recommend this class to anyone who would like to experience authentic Italian hospitality and learn traditional Italian cooking with Patrizia.

If you're in Bologna, book a cooking class through Cesarine with Rosa Lucente ! - We had a cooking class in Bologna with Rosa Lucente. Having done many tours and cooking classes, our experience with Rosa will forever be our most memorable and cherished experience by far! She is an amazing cook and teacher. We learned so much. And I come from a family of italian cooks! We made pasta and filled it with the wonderful flavors. One of dishes we made was a ravioli filled with shrimp. Rosa added a simple tomato sauce and the dish was off the hook! The cooking experience was so fun and educational, but the time we spent with Rosa was priceless. She is a truly beautiful woman with a genuinely kind spirit. We fell in love with her. I highly recommend taking a class with her. You won't be the same after. Rosa, if you're seeing this, Grazie Mille! Ti vogliamo bene!!

THANK YOU PATI FOR THE BEST DAY! - 5 stars truly isn’t enough for Pati and her unforgettable cooking masterclass in Rimini. From the moment we arrived at her home, we were met with such a beautifully warm and welcoming atmosphere into an authentic Italian family kitchen. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with the freshest ingredients laid out and ready, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
This wasn’t just a cooking class… It was a genuine cultural experience. Pati is, without exaggeration, an exceptional teacher. Her patience, kindness and natural ability to guide us through each step made everything feel possible, despite our lack of experience! She took the time to explain not just the “how,” but the “why,” sharing traditional techniques and little secrets you simply wouldn’t find anywhere else.
Her knowledge of Italian cooking is deeply rooted in tradition and delivered with so much passion. Every moment felt personal, like learning from a true Nonna who genuinely wants you to succeed. By the end of the class, we felt confident enough to go home and recreate everything myself, which is something I never expected.
If you’re in Rimini, this is an absolute must!!! I feel so grateful to have not only made a memory I’ll treasure forever, but to have also learnt a very useful skill! I cannot recommend Pati and her masterclass highly enough. An experience you just can’t beat!

Cooking experience with Patrizia - Patrizia is an amazing chef, and her technique is great. When my daughter who can speak fluent English came for a lesson, Patti managed to understand what she was saying almost perfectly. She took things slowly and her mother who lives along with her really helped make the experience more comforting. The food she taught my daughter to make was fun and family-friendly, and very easy to make! Next time we come to Rimini, we will 100% come here again. 3 hours of happy and interactive cooking well spent! 100% recommend.

Squisita! - Absolutely incredible experience! Patrizia’s cooking lesson was the highlight of our time in Rimini. We had so much fun learning to make tiramisu, Strozzapreti, and ravioli from scratch in a warm, traditional family setting. Patrizia’s hospitality made us feel right at home, and the meal we enjoyed together was truly unforgettable—so much better than anything you could get at a restaurant. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for authentic Italian cooking and wonderful memories. Five stars!
