Good experience - The ambience of the place was really very good. The food quality and available options in the Diamond Menu was excellent.

Best place in cologne - I loved loved loved this place , we had the most amazing night , Texan waiter you are an asset , come to London branch 👍

Hard Rock is a must - Very welcoming and warming Good service. Good food and good decor. Would recommend it for the food and overall experience

Nice lunch - Visited for lunch earlier this month during Karnevale. Restaurant was calm and quiet and we were seated & served quickly. Menu and prices were standard - food tasted good and service was swift. Nice sized restaurant with seats upstairs and down. A short walk from everything…

As good as always - We went for lunch, which has nice atmosphere as always. Köln Hard Rock Cafe at very nice location and close to the shopping streets.

Good meal let down by drinks - We visited the Hard Rock. Cafe as part of a visit to the Christmas Markets. The meal was very good , but was spoilt by having to wait 45 minutes for drinks after our arrival , we had eaten our started before they came When we complained, they said they had a problem with Cocktail glasses! I would have thought that a restaurant such as this may have enough. I asked the waitress three times where our drinks were and she said they were coming , which was why we didn’t ask for anything else.

Always Average Food - Same as any other Hard Rock Cafe I've been too. Interesting stuff on the walls and TV but very average food for the expensive prices. Pretty slow service in this one too..

Disappointed - Very disappointed - paid for a diamond set menu which was very limited in choices and did not offer a range from the main menu. I had also previously contacted HRC to let them know we were visiting for my daughters 16th birthday. When we arrived they quickly scraped around to decorate the table - she had a Happy New Year hat to wear, and instead of her having a special birthday Ice with the staff singing happy birthday to her, she had a small slice of chocolate cake with a small candle in it put in front of her - no singing. We also did not receive the free gift as we bought items in the shop. Although my daughter still loved it, I expected more, especially as I had been in contact with them

Paid a lot of money for dry bad food. Worst HRC I've ever been to..... - This was the worst Hard Rock Cafe I have ever been to. First of all, the location is unattractive and more like a cheap pub with a music theme. Even if it is supposed to have an "American touch", you can expect that the employees will understand you in your native language and that you can communicate in more than just English (what about older people who can't speak English?). Then you don't need to book and pay for a ticket through Tripadvisor, which is also pointless. No queues, I think that's a rumor. Since we spent around 20 minutes alone (with the manager who only speaks English) looking for our booking. There was nothing going on, that wasn't a plus point. Then the menu is a joke. Price/performance are just two of them. We chose the "diamond menu". So 3 courses plus a drink. Let's start with the latter. Even an adult only gets a soft drink with around 50% ice. So not even a beer. And there is only "1" soft drink for 3 courses. For starters we chose house salad and onion. The salad was even smaller than a side salad at a snack bar. You had to look for the sauce, the rings were OK. The main course was a legendary burger or ribs with pulled pork. The burger was good except that they used a paddie that was too fatty - not everyone's cup of tea. The ribs with pulled pork, coleslaw and fries were a no-no. You would have thought the ribs had been in the oven for hours to keep warm. Nothing to them, totally dry, just disgusting. The pulled pork was discreetly hidden under onions and also had no sauce and was dry. The fries could have been fried a little longer and the beans that were served with it were indefinable and rock hard. Everything was rounded off with the indefinable, half-raw, not the usual, chocolate cake with two dollops of cream. Also dry. And they charged €60 for this. Sorry, I'd rather go to a Kölsch pub. The beer tastes good and the food is top-notch, with a mostly perfect price/performance ratio. But this place in Cologne is terrible. A no-go for these prices.

Awful ! - Really disappointed with front of house who informed up open until 11pm Would not allow us book table told us no problem to show up at 8.30 only to be told kitchen closed. Sort your stuff out hard rock
