Delicious food and amazing service - "The burgers were one of the best I had in Vienna, the fries as well, and don't give up the brownie!! The staff was kind, nice, caring and very friendly. Hanna was our waiter and she was lovely and professional.

Great, as always:) - Not the first time here, but not the last I’m sure! :)
On a busy sunday evening the food and the staff are not late. They know what the hospitality means: Peter, Iggy and the manager lady (I don’t remember her name but skinny tall veeery kind lady :) ) made our evening great! They were attentive, happy, friendly, fast but caring at the same time. Thank you for everything guys, you made a really good service!

Was a very nice afternoon - Hard Rock Café is known worldwide: pretty solid food, everything is nicely decorated, service is friendly. I enjoyed being here, I felt comfortable here with my friends.

Delicious but expensive - Extremely kind staff that answers everything and you get your own waiter/waitress. The food and drinks were delicious, but very expensive.

I alternate - We went to this place for a quick lunch during our tour.
We opted for the specialty of the day which was frankfurters and sausage with potatoes and it wasn't bad, in fact perhaps it was the only thing at an affordable price, at least by our standards.
We ate outside, but the restaurant was also very nice inside, although not too large compared to others of the same chain in other locations.
Present and friendly service. There is always security when you don't know where to go.
