Tour of Copenhagen - Extremely polite and patient driver. Very helpful. He made everyone fell comfy. My only complaint is that it was difficult from the ad on trip advisor actually where to pick up the bus. It didn’t help that the main pickup location was not available due to construction issues

4 day visit to Copenhagen - Fantastic City break - a mixture of old and modern. Excellent metro system which is low cost. Many attractions and parks. Only downside - expensive, brilliant otherwise.

Great way to sight see - Absolutely loved the bus tour of the city. Went with my mum who had a bad back so couldn’t do a lot of walking. It was perfect to see the main sights while sat on a warm bus. The bus drivers were so friendly and informative. They give you free earphones so you can listen and have a guided tour. We took the main red route on strongman classic. We did hop off at the little mermaid and the shopping mall to get some lunch. I understand the confusion some people have had as the different hop on hop off bus companies have identical looking buses. We used the live map on the stromma website to see when the next bus was coming.

Great deal but some confusion - The tour(s) are very interesting and a great way to get around Copenhagen at a good price. There are 3 routes you can go on if you purchase the most expensive ticket. Beware, the green route, urban Copenhagen ONLY runs at 11am from stop 12. It takes about 1 hour 10 mins. The Red route is the main route and it runs from 10am and the last bus for a complete trip is 5.30pm from stop 1. It takes about one hour. The purple route also runs from stop 12 and runs through the outer harbour area. It is an interesting tour and is supposed to take 50 minutes. I had trouble finding out the nearest stop to my hotel. This is likely because I bought my ticket from a third party vendor who did not give me the website from the trio’s operating company. Decent experience, little overpriced - Decent way to use as transport, not really full of places. But very helpful if you want to explore the city, I just used it for local transport

HOP on HOP off hard to find but once we did was good tour..... - When we finally caught the bus we enjoyed the ride and tour guide, although he was a little grumpy. What a beautiful city Copenhagen is.... I have taken a HOP On, Hop off bus in san diego and enjoyred it so much thought we'd try it with my sister. We spent 2 hours trying to find the right bus stop. The website didn't clearly address the route and the stops. We waited at The Marriot and you didn't come. We waited at another stop for almost a 1/2 hour and finally got on a city bus, transfered to another bus and walked to the Little Mermaid where we caught your bus. Bus was comfortable, heard tour guide tell of Copenhagen's sights - very interesting. We rode around twice to get the whole tour and glad we did. It was cold that day. I didn't wear enough clothes...... Best sandwich shop in Copenhagen ...... was the Smagsloget; we had dinner there and would recommend it highly..... I'm sure we'd recommend your HOP On Hop Off tour - like I said above we couldn't find the stops and relied on others to tell us and they really didn't know. We're thankful for the two bus drivers of the city system who helped us out. When we saw your bus at The Little Mermaid Memorial we were so relieved.

No longer a valued customer - What is different about this review is that I am giving 1 star even though my experience on the specific activity was great. My 1 star review is for TripAdvisor and by extension Viator. In booking this trip, I accidentally booked a different hop on hop off tour for a city I visited two months ago. Mistakes happen, right. I immediately requested a refund and promptly booked the Copenhagen tour. Come to find out, Viator has refused to refund the accidental purchase with no explanation as to why. As such, I refuse to give this company my business due to the horrible customer service. These individuals value a few dollars more than the loyalty of a customer and that is inexcusable.

Terrible. - This is the worst experience I had with this provider. They did not provide a complete address where to pick up the bus from. The address was not complete and not clear, near city hall/street so and so. I could not find it after wasting almost an hour to find the location. I bought a new ticket from the Red bus to do my activity. Never take this Green bus. It is a ripoff.

Go red instead - Worst experience in Denmark, got a 48 hour Classic (Red) pass, driver did not announce any change in stops, just passed it by, when questioned just replied, stop closed stopping at stop 1. He was then on the phone and watching some TV? on it. After some new problem again did not announce that he was not going to follow the route, or that he knew there was closed stops, so after passing and not stopping we all found ourselves unable to get off the bus. Seeing other passengers now notice we where many streets away from the route, It looped back through the city then past Tivoli again then over the Langebro bridge and along Ved Stadsgraven, over Knippelsbro, past stop 1, without stopping, then to stop 2. This took almost 2 hours. Every group asked to be let off during the trip, every group missed their connections and other tour bookings. When confronted the driver got out of the bus off security camera to laughed at everyone. Then when talking to staff at stop 2 they were all looking for ways to the passengers, blame the city or the traffic. Arrogant drivers, save your time and avoid this company. Or risk being trapped in the prison bus.
