A must do at start of trip - Went on the tour 27th Jan at 1130. The guide was hilarious with his jokes and great knowledge of the sites. Well worth doing at start of the holiday to know where things are and where to explore further. Highly recommended!!

Great way to see landmarks! - I really liked this boat tour. The guide was knowledgeable with a fun sense of humour. Although a bit difficult to understand at times with how fast he spoke/mic quality. I had heard not to waste time walking to the mermaid. So this was the perfect way to see her and hear some fun facts. Beware though, I read it was heated and it is NOT. It’s a fully open boat lol. My fault for going in Jan but thought my toes would fall off

Nice trip, a little expensive for that it is - Presume it’s due to the time of year but open part of boat in back not accessible, so unless you get a window seat you can’t really get photos. I arrived 15 mins early, but would suggest trying for 30mins so that you can get on the boat first to get a seat. Also, when boat revs it’s slightly hard to hear. But nice trip and allows you to pick places you’d like to go back to, walking

Classic canal tour cancelled due to ice - Unfortunately when we arrived at the boarding point, the canal trip was cancelled due to frozen waters. The operator offered to exchange my ticket for a hop on hop off bus tour instead. We really enjoyed the bus tour! It would have been handy to have received notification before the event to advise of the cancellation as it was a rush to get there for the departure time . I did not ask for a refund but on reflection, that would have been better as I later realised that the ticket that I’d purchased at the Metro already covered the bus service.

The tour was cancelled... - The tour was cancelled due to weather and the operators didn’t bother to tell us. We travelled to the meeting point to then be told it was cancelled. They offered us tickets for the hop on hop off bus which we had already done to get to the boat tour… We asked for a refund to be told they couldn’t give us one and we would have to organise it ourselves.
