You can’t tour Italy without sampling at least one of their pasta dishes… So, we’ll teach you two! Discover how to hand-roll ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and create 2 unique pasta recipes (filled pasta + fresh pasta) from the ground up with your Cesarina. As a bonus, you’ll learn to construct the legendary Tiramisu. Enjoy your passion for Italian cooking as you build friendships in this interactive cooking course. It’s a wonderful means to get an authentic slice of Italian culture.
