Michael our tour guide driver was amazing - Picked up and was greeted by a friendly driver Michael- gave us knowledge of Poland and the thermal spa. He was really helpful with telling us much needed to know information and advised us on what other tours we may like. Very funny had us all laughing made the drive go quick. We had 3 hours at the spa it was plenty of time we was shown where to go and what we needed to do, he met us at the designated pick up time and is dropping us straight to our hotel. We are very thankful for our driver he added to our unforgettable experience. The thermal spa was amazing in the evening with a DJ and lush views. If I did this tour or another one I would want the same driver. Thank you Michael it’s much appreciated.

A unique and super relaxing evening trip! - Such a relaxing and incredible place! Michal was so helpful giving us some information about how to spend the few hours there and helping with towels/ lockers which saved so much time! Definitely recommend going with a guide to the Thermal Baths.

Great driver amazing baths - Our driver was excellent Michal was very informative and had a great play list. The baths were amazing. We spent most of our time outside at the bar that's in the bath! Flip flops and towel you'll need. But the lockers are locked by your wrist band and you pay using your wirst band. These were so much better than the baths in Hungary. I highly recommend this tour.

Best thermals baths we have ever visited, with our excellent host Michal! This was the highlight of our trip - We have visited several thermal baths in Hungary, Japan and others and I am amazed we never heard of Chocholow, which beats them all. It is extremely well suited for couples but also for families (including evening visits, which ours was). I was also impressed that it was extremely clean and hygienic, which is not always the case with such large public pools and baths. Our guide Michal was incredibly helpful and engaging through the journey, informing us of Poland and how it is developing as well in recent years, really giving us a sense of the place and being very genuine and honest. On these trips, the person running it can make all the difference, and this one is a winner! We also got to view through the Polish countryside and small towns on the ride there, including the beautiful town of Chocholow itself, in a nice comfortable bus that is close enough you can converse with Michal and other passengers if you wish, but large enough to nod off for a nap if you would also prefer. I am Irish but my wife is Canadian, and if you are coming from North America you will get some fantastic views of rural Europe and it's villages and towns along the way that are otherwise hard to come by. If you want to meet genuine Polish people on your visit here (as opposed to 'putting on an act' for tourists and not seeming fully authentic), you should absolutely book through Michal for anl real authentic, proper experience. If you are visiting Kraków, I would recommend booking this trip in advance. You will do yourself a disservice missing it, and even the likes of Budapest do not compare (for those doing a trip across multiple countries). There are many many things to do around Kraków, but the event was the highlight of our trip.

Great evening out. - Trip to the thermal baths was an enjoyable evening. Journey did not feel as long due to Michal knowledge of the areas we were driving through. Full of interesting information we would never have known. Pools were warm and not over crowded
