First class experience with a fantastic guide - We loved having a private tour. It was worth the extra money to arrive at Chichen Itza before the crowds and the heat. We left at 6:30 am and Abraham was waiting for us in the lobby with plenty of water for us to drink. Abraham was gracious and kind and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. We immediately felt comfortable. We enjoyed talking to him and he also gave us space to rest or do our own thing on the long ride. At Chichen Itza, he knew exactly where to take the best pictures and his pictures of us came out great. He also explained in depth about the Mayans which was fascinating information. I liked that he asked us why we wanted to visit Chichen Itza and then tailored the tour to our needs. He helped us get the souvenirs we liked the most (Mayan calendar and tree of life) at a reasonable price. He called ahead for food for lunch so it was ready when we arrived. It was nice to have the price of lunch included in the tour. The cenote was gorgeous and the water was clear and cool. Loved it. All in all a 10/10 experience. We would use My Quest Concierge again. They are great to work with.

Chichen Itzá Private car - Our driver Heber was so amazing, friendly and accommodating, I totally would book with him again. He was there when we were told a time, had great conversations with for the long car ride and made the time pass fun! Definitely book with him again! He made sure we had plenty of photo opps and was a great photographer. Thank you again !

Private tour perfect for travelling with a kid - Visiting Chichen Itza with Jony and My Quest Concierge was a delight. Organization in advance was a breeze via Whatsapp: all my questions were answered swiftly. Appreciated that they focused on us having a great, chill experience encouraging us to get moving early in the morning to beat the crowds and heat. Being in a private car with Jony was delightful, friendly and gave us great flexibility. Travelling with a five year old meant that the flexibility was key, and she was comfortable enough to fall asleep in the car en route and back (we brought our car seat) and we could cut the Chitchen Itza tour a little short when she got overheated. Jony did have us set up to take some lovely family photos at the Castillo right upon arrival before we were melting or surrounded by other folks. Lunch was incredible in Valladollid and swimming in the cenote after lunch was refreshing. All in all a perfect experience. I was glad I brought one of those waterproof phone cases to catch how stoked my kid was in the cenote

Amazing VIP Chichen Itza tour!! - We had such an amazing day with Isreal! He is a fantastic tour guide and did a great job putting up with my husbands dry humor and sarcasm throughout the day! They were fast friends for sure! I would highly recommend this company and if you happen to secure Isreal, you’re in for a treat! Very comfortable car, plenty of time to enjoy each stop, and a lesson on the Mayan history along the way. All of this and a great lunch too! Trust me… book it! It’s worth the expense for the experience!

Great experience!! Fabulous guide!! - What a fabulous experience!! We’ve done this tour in the past-but not like this!! The tour coordinator, Gabby, was great at responding and providing us with timely information! And she paired us up with the most perfect guide! Jony pulled out all the stops for us! From the moment of pick, up right at our resort, through the whole rest of the day! He was super knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor! Visiting the ruins was so interesting, he had such an incredible historical knowledge of the Mayan culture, we learned so much about this fascinating civilization! Then on to the cenote to cool off! There really are no words to describe the beauty of that place! Next was the fabulous meal!! Do yourself a favor and let him choose dinner for you!! You can thank me later :) We can’t thank Jony enough for a fabulous day making memories with our daughter and her fiance!

Excellent tour of Chichen Itza and Oxman cenote - highly recommend! - Jose Manuel was a fantastic guide for our tour of Chichen Itza and the Oxman cenote. He was friendly and knowledgable and patiently answered all of our questions. Not only did we learn a lot, but we had fun doing it. After a morning of touring Chichen Itza, we enjoyed a delicious, authentic Mexican lunch at a local restaurant - definitely a highlight of the day! Afterwards, we cooled off at the Oxman cenote, which you can enter by rope swing - it was the hit of the day for our 17-year-old son! For us, a private, personalized tour is well worth it!
