Good end-to-end service - Great service since first contact - timely replies to questions, accomodating our customised request, and clear and polite communications. On the day our tour guide Irving is also very professional and knowledgeable, making the visits to Chitchen Itza and Ek Balam very interesting. Would recommend!

Fantastic trip to Chichen Itza and the cenotes. - We had the best trip to Chichen Itza and cenotes with Irving today. Our private tour exceeded all my expectations. We were picked up from our hotel right on time in a very nice, clean, air conditioned SUV equiped with all the ice water we needed. Irving gave us clear details of what to expect and the the timing of everything we would be doing and our day proceeded as planned. I was most impressed with his knowledge of the temple and surrounding areas. He answered all of my questions along the way and provided a very interesting and thought provoking tour. Our lunch was at a very nice restaurant and was delicious. Irving ordered ahead so didn't need to wait for service. We then went for a refreshing swim in the beautiful cenote and again Irving answered all my many questions and gave us plenty on time to explore. All in all I was very impressed with the service and attention we recieved and would give this experience a 10 out of 10!

Ask for Irving as your guide - I would give 10 stars if I could! This was worth every penny! Our driver/guide Irving was better than any guide I’ve ever had. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice and accommodating. He taught us so much about the history and culture. On the ride down he gave us a great foundation of info on Chichen Itza so when we got there in person he could go into detail about everything we saw. We honestly had the best experience. He took photos for us too, and they came out great. (He has Excellent English if you have troubles with accents). As far as the company goes, they were excellent communicators. Very responsive and gave us all the info we needed. Was incredibly easy! Thanks again Irving!

Irving is the best - Our trip today with Irving was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the culture and treated us like family.

Israel is the best tour guide ever!!!!! - Wow! What a day with Israel! He had such a great attitude first thing in the morning when he picked us up and then spent the day with us talking about the history of the ruins and then took us to the most beautiful cenote! We had a great time with him at lunch and we loved laughing with him!

Early morning day trip to Chichen itza - We had a fabulous day out with Irving, our guide and driver. Great communications with the company in advance and a prompt on time pick up. Very knowledgeable on the history of Chichen Itza, and we arrived at opening time which meant the place was virtually deserted when we arrived and mercifully cool! The trip was followed by a delicious lunch in Valladolid followed by a swim at a nearby Cenote. Totally recommended.

An Amazing Tour - Highly Recommend - We (2 adults, 2 kids) went on the Chichen Itzá VIP tour and had an amazing time. The experience started two days out, when we received a lengthy and detailed text message with information about the tour, setting expectations and telling us what to bring. On the morning of the tour, our tour guide, Irving, showed up several minutes early. Irving was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job guiding us through the entire day. We were put in a very comfortable van, and drove the almost 2 1/2 hours to Chichen Itzá, with stops for the kids to use the bathroom and get a snack. Irving guided us past the long lines and into the site. He showed us around for nearly an hour, and was great at explaining not just what we were seeing, but also why it was important and the historical context behind it. He answered all of our questions and even had some helpful images on an iPad to help the kids understand what the structures might have looked like in their heyday. We then left and he gave us the choice of whether to swim or eat lunch first. We opted to go to the cenote to swim. What an incredible experience, swimming in crystal clear water at the bottom of a 100 foot cave. Irving did a great job showing us where to change and what to do. We then went into Valladolid for a delicious lunch, Irving gave great recommendations and took care of everything so the food would be ready when we arrived. This was a great experience and I highly recommend it. A shout out to Irving, who was a great tour guide and help us have a wonderful experience.

A must do in Cancun! - Our experience was a 5 out of 5! We had the pleasure of having Professor Juan as our tour guide! He first picked us up from our hotel and was very friendly and excited to be our tour guide. The car ride to Chichen Itza was a wonderful experience filled with music and great stories. Once we arrived to Chichen Itza Prof. Juan took care of us by creating a safe and welcoming tour by providing a lot of amazing information about Chichen Itza! We learned a lot and it was all thanks to Prof. Juan. After Chichen Itza we went to Cenote to enjoy the wonderful blue waters. If you are brave enough you may be able to jump into the pool on a swinging rope. We had an amazing time at the Cenote and we would definitely go again! After Cenote we had lunch at an amazing restaurant! You need to have the Cochinita Pibil it’s so delicious and I still think about that dish. Prof. Juan also had some amazing food recommendations as well! We had an amazing and memorable trip so we would like to give thanks to Maria, Fernanda, Carolina, Gabby and Professor Juan for making this adventure a memorable one! We definitely recommend them and this amazing trip!!

Wonderful experience - The tour was great! Irving and Heriverto were both very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely go to them again for future tours!
