A quick but well executed excursion. - The guides were awesome! Very happy, friendly and informative especially on such little sleep with how long their day of travel with crazy Americans like us.

Visit Chichen Itza in French! - Superb busy day with a visit to the Chichen Itza site, a delicious Mexican dinner, a swim in a Cenote and a stop in the city of Valladolid. Thanks to our French guides Israel and Carlos! Bring plenty of water, it's very hot on site!

Day trip to Chichén Itzá with shopping and Cenote Swim. - Diamond treatment. Miguel, Felipe and Freddy most awesome experience and I’ve traveled to a few places. The tour guide Miguel could be the history teacher you wanted in high school. Felipe has the snacks and beer 😅 service comfort. They had a great time line for each stop throughout the tour. Freddy was an awesome and safe driver. They made a great team. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chicen Tour (10/10) - I have to leave a rave review because these three people made it amazing for me. For context, I went to Cancun as my first solo trip and I wanted a tour that would be educational. Beto was my tour guide and he was a 10/10. AMAZING! He was super funny and made all the educational facts fun! I was on the luxury tour bus (air-conditioned and clean). We got full-service (I wish I could remember his name) our host made sure we had coffee, bread, and endless beers. Our driver got us there and back safely. Again, the entire experience 10/10!

Great tour, great experience, highly recommended - The trip was great. It started by getting picked up from our hotel around 725am. We boarded a large coach bus. The bus was comfortable with reclining seats, wall charger outlets, a restroom, and very efficient AC. We received education on the Mayan culture from Mayan descendants as we arrived to The first stop at Chichen Itza. The guide, Jesus, talked for about an hour and showed us photos of what he was talking about. The first stop was at a gift shop/restaurant which would later be our 3rd stop as well for the buffet. The gift shop had some over priced items when compared to the prices of the vendors at Chichen Itza but the quality of the items was noticeable (sometimes). Second stop was Chichen Itza which was fantastic. We toured the area for another 30 minutes while receiving history. Then got another 30 minutes to tour on our own. We then went back to the buffet for the lunch. The food was great. I would highly recommend the cochinita pibil tacos! Honestly best tacos I had in Cancun the whole time I was there. From there we went to the cenote. The Cenote was beautiful as you can see. One thing I wish I knew was you are obligated to rent a life vest (40 pesos) if you want to get in. It’s also another 40 pesos to rent a locker if you don’t have anyone to leave your stuff with. We spend an hour at the cenote. For those that don’t go in the water there are small shops to visit and some free tequila samples. From there we head back to our hotels. All in all great trip. Our tour guides Jesus, Alfredo, Israel, and Jesus’ father we’re all great! I would highly recommend the trip. They are very knowledgeable and it’s great to hear about Mayan history from Mayan descendants.

Pretty good time! room for improvement - Loaded onto a big bus straight from our hotel and it was very comfortable and clean for the long drive. Got there in pretty good time and safely thanks to our driver Fredy! Miguel (Mike) gave a great overview of some of this history and we could hear and understand him so great! Once we got to chichen itza the tour was good-we could hear Manual pretty well but and he definitely knows his information but it was a little distracting and I know he can’t help it. Lunch was ok..wish water had been included free and didn’t like the pushing for tips on the “entertainment” enjoyed the cenote very much and Louis kept the coronas flowing-enjoyed him! Overall a good day!

Don’t use your credit card - We had a great day all though it was 14hrs in total, but what really disappointed me was they double charged my credit card at the shop for our Mayan calendar’s. They told me my card didn’t work first time so I put my details in again and was given one receipt for 1000 pesos. Only noticed this when I got back to the UK and received my bill. So be aware of this scam whenever you visit the shop.

Disappointed - The actual time spent at Chichen Itza and at the Cenote was quite enjoyable and our Archeological guide was informative and knowledgeable. But let's face it, it was two hours of enjoyment out of a 14 hour day. We were picked at at the resort at 7:30am, got the tour bus at 9:00 and then spent 2 more hours on the road. The first stop is simply a tourist trap store with all of the same things you can buy anywhere for 1/2 to 1/4 the price. Also, the description claims that lockers and life vests are included. NOPE! If you are going to make the life vest mandatory you should include it. As you can tell, we think this tour could be handled better.
