Great! Book on site, not through Trip Advisor - First: the center never got my booking from TripAdvisor. Do NOT book through TA, go straight to the Cultural Center and buy a ticket at the door. The event is awesome! The food was so good and the performances were amazing. There are about 7-10 distinct dances and music from different cultures of Thailand. The staff at the Cultural Center were really helpful once we realized my booking never went through.

Stressful, during a time that should be stressless! - This was a mess( NOTE) not the performance! The performance was great…. This was a TripAdvisor mistake, I booked for 2 ticket’s on a Monday, I received confirmation and my payment was accepted. However I received an email through trip advisor stating there was actually no performance on Monday…EVER…but I already paid for a Monday. So we obviously didn’t go because we didn’t want to waste our time showing up to an event we were told doesn’t happen on a Monday. When attempting to reschedule our booking the dinner theatre said they couldn’t even find my reservation BUT also they have a dinner theatre show EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! They were confused on why i received such an email and even more confused after reading them…Needless to say I paid for ANOTHER two tickets at the gate, since my booking through TripAdvisor DIDNT EXSIST in there records…..They (the dinner theatre) a company run event was very helpful but this was not their fault or really there problem to fix. So again I just ended up paying for another 2 tickets so my mom and I could enjoy the show. Post script: Great show! Great food, all you can eat, while enjoying watching something fun and different.

Deplorable customer welcome - The show and the meal were nice. On the other hand, the management team not at all customer-oriented. This ruined our dinner. While we had paid and we had a proper reservation. We were surprised to hear that he had not received anything from Tripadvisor. However, we showed the reservation, transferred the confirmation email with a message attesting to being at dinner, and then showed the debit from our bank. First they said they couldn't contact Tripadvisor, that we had been the victim of a hacker site, then that Tripadvisor had nothing in our name, then finally ask us to repay and then make the refund process explaining that Tripadvisor had had a computer problem and that Tripadvisor would refund me. Which I refused to do what was necessary. When I asked to copy the exchange with Tripadvisor to complain to Tripadvisor, a request made to the manager because the other person refused, I found that I had been lied to. Indeed she had mentioned that I asked to pay them. Which is a lie. I always refused to pay them a second time, having been debited it is up to them and Tripadvisor to fix their problems. I had to get mad to get them to understand. We planned to have a dinner show as a romantic, I spent 40% of the time with them.
