Cádiz relaxed bike tour. - I was at first worried, as the bikes appeared to be dated as we approached the bike shop, but they functioned wonderfully, and mine rode so smooth. Jorge was a wonderful guide, and I truly enjoyed the tour. Truly.

Professional and friendly guides with interesting information - Fantastic experience! Great information about the area, and the ride went at an enjoyable pace - not too fast, not too slow. I got lost on the way there and they helped me find the location, which I appreciated so much. Thanks again for the great experience.

The tour to do in Cadiz - Very enjoyable tour, guide very knowledgeable and pleasant. Saw so much of Cadiz. No heavy traffic. A must for all who visit Cadiz.

Beautiful city with just one big hill! - Maeve, our guide, was a ray of sunshine. She was upbeat and conveyed the history of Cadiz in an interesting manner. She asked each time if the group had questions and answered them all. I am older, and not in good shape. Other than the first hill, which I didn't make it up without walking the last part of it, the rest of the trip was no problem. And, if I had realized I was in 3rd gear on that first hill and geared down, I think I would have made it. Maeve was nice about it and, since there is a long traffic light at top of hill, I was happy I didn't hold up the group. I'm glad I persevered because the tour was definitely worth it!

Great guide, fun tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable, and I loved learning from her. It was a little tricky finding the meeting point (the Google address sent was not the one where we met. We met in front of the shop, but the geolocalisation sent is in the main plaza).

Highly recommend - Had a fantastic time on the tour. Maeve is a fun and informative tour guide. The tour is nearly all flat so it's an easy cycle. I'd recommend at the start of your stay in Cadiz so you can familiarise yourself with places you might like to revisit. I'd definitely recommend.

Worth every penny! But really, it’s fun.. - 10/10 experience! Definitely worth it. I think that the entire bike ride allowed us to see a lot of the city while learning history at the same time.

Good, fun but too short - We had the tour with mave. It was very cool! She really knew her stuff and she was professional. The bikes were kn good condition. It was super fun. It it said 2:45 h and we finished with 2:15h so 30 too early.

Convenience versus safety and quality - We booked this tour as we were arriving on a cruise ship and we wanted an independent tour of the city. This is the first negative review we have ever written, as we prefer to take issues up direct, but as there were real issues which were met with apologies but disappointingly no solutions, we share this review. Some of the reasons given to our feedback were that it was the end of the season, but if the company is still operating clients expect safe quality and ongoing maintenance. We chose this company as they had overall very good reviews and were very close to the cruise terminal. They had not addressed the existing negative review about safety due to poor bike conditions. Communication before the tour was not answered. We are experienced cyclists; this was a cycling tour and the bikes were poor quality, heavy and poorly maintained. Brakes did not work well, gears were unusable - we had to stay in the lowest gear even on the flat. Some of the bikes had bald tyres. A cycling tour requires good quality and well maintained cycles. Maeve was a good guide but the poor quality of the bikes negatively affected the overall experience. It’s a shame as the location could be a real opportunity for many to experience an overview of the city of Cadiz.
