What an awesome experience!! - Andrés was excellent. From the very first conversation, I knew I had chosen the right person. We used Andrés as our personal chef while in Cartagena. I really didn't know what to expect since this was my first time utilizing a personal chef. We used his services for 3 dinners. All 3 were excellent. His passion for cooking is evident in the taste of the food. His love of cooking is shows in the explanation of the dishes. The ingredients are locally sourced everything was fresh, the wine selections paired well with the meals. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I was very very pleased. An amazing experience! - This was my first time with such an experience and one I am eager to repeat. Every dish was crafted with care, absolutely delicious, and I appreciate the chef sharing knowledge about the dishes and their preparation. I expected a good meal, but wasn't prepared for how exquisite the preparation can be when the chef is focused on only preparing a dish for one person versus servicing an entire restaurant. The ropa vieja in particular was a revelation. It was an order of magnitude more delicious than any I have had before. I highly recommend this experience!

Amazing private chef !! - Andres is simply amazing. He was punctual, friendly and so accommodating. The food was also amazing. He catered to all of our dietary needs and made it such a special night. I definitely recommend him.

A must-see experience - Excelent experience!! All wonderful. Food was terrific. Friendly chef, in addition to cooking very well, he gave us a class on the country's gastronomy and culture. Great cook answered all our questions and looked after everybody. We thank him and assure that it is a must-see experience.

Phenomenal Chef in Cartagena - Andres was amazing! He prepared an Authentic Cartagena breakfast for my friends birthday at our Hotel, Casa Morales. The food was amazing!! I highly recommend Andres and he even surprised her with a brownie & ice cream. Thank you Andres!!!!!

Book! You won't be disappointed! - Andrés came to our airbnb and cooked an amazing birthday dinner for me and my friends. He kept in contact with me prior to us arriving in Cartegena, went over the menu, took our food preferences into consideration and totally outdid himself. He showed up on time, cooked, served and cleanup! Perfect first night! 👌🏾 He also took his time and described every dish in how it was inspired and prepared ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
