Best introduction to Colombian cuisine - Chef Andres was amazing! During our week stay, he provided daily breakfast and several awesome dinners! He was always on time, extremely professional, and provides the most delicious tour of Columbian cuisine! From fresh juices to delicious arepas, from fresh seafood to pastas... And don't get me started about the avocado tartare!! He made sure all dietary requests were accommodated. We'll be back and we'll ABSOLUTELY request his services again!

Wonderful experience and a Great Chef. - We booked Andres for a surprise private Birthday dinner and he was absolutely helpful throughout the whole process. Andres helped me plan the entire birthday dinner! He went beyond with also assisting us with the birthday cake. He is a patient person, he makes delicious food, and also he has great recommendations for things to do in Cartagena. You will not regret booking Andres. Legendary - Andres was an excellent host, welcoming us into the city and into his home. It was a very intimate experience learning about his story, the story of the foods of colombia, and getting to taste so many delicious creations. He also gave great reccomendations of other places to visit while in Colombia and continued to be responsive days after our experience. Rock on Anakin!

What an awesome experience!! - Andrés was excellent. From the very first conversation, I knew I had chosen the right person. We used Andrés as our personal chef while in Cartagena. I really didn't know what to expect since this was my first time utilizing a personal chef. We used his services for 3 dinners. All 3 were excellent. His passion for cooking is evident in the taste of the food. His love of cooking is shows in the explanation of the dishes. The ingredients are locally sourced everything was fresh, the wine selections paired well with the meals. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I was very very pleased. An amazing experience! - This was my first time with such an experience and one I am eager to repeat. Every dish was crafted with care, absolutely delicious, and I appreciate the chef sharing knowledge about the dishes and their preparation. I expected a good meal, but wasn't prepared for how exquisite the preparation can be when the chef is focused on only preparing a dish for one person versus servicing an entire restaurant. The ropa vieja in particular was a revelation. It was an order of magnitude more delicious than any I have had before. I highly recommend this experience!

Amazing private chef !! - Andres is simply amazing. He was punctual, friendly and so accommodating. The food was also amazing. He catered to all of our dietary needs and made it such a special night. I definitely recommend him.

A must-see experience - Excelent experience!! All wonderful. Food was terrific. Friendly chef, in addition to cooking very well, he gave us a class on the country's gastronomy and culture. Book! You won't be disappointed! - Andrés came to our airbnb and cooked an amazing birthday dinner for me and my friends. He kept in contact with me prior to us arriving in Cartegena, went over the menu, took our food preferences into consideration and totally outdid himself.
