Horrible tour! NOT IN ENGLISH!! - I’ve used Viator a lot before and never had a problem until this tour. This tour is NOT IN ENGLISH! Didn’t learn a thing about any of the few stops we made. It’s way too long of a day for what you do. They advertise that tickets are included, but everywhere they stop is free to the public anyway. Never communicated in English how long we were stopping, what the stop was, where we were going…nothing! Tried asking but none of the guides spoke English. We didn’t know if it was a rest break or an actual stop. Had to follow the crowd. Stopped at this tiny roadside stand on the way to and from Barranquilla for “breakfast and dinner” which only sold chips and sodas. At lunch time they took us to the wrong restaurant and after we sat down made us all get up and go to a small banquet type room at another place. Turns out on the bus we had to order what we wanted for lunch by raising our hands, but again it was done ONLY in Spanish. We didn’t know what was happening because it was right after everyone was raising their hands for stretches with the bus guide, so we completely missed out on lunch. We sat at our table while they called up everyone else and by the time we mentioned something the guide just looked at us confused because he only spoke Spanish. So we walk up to the buffet and there was no food left except some rice and they cut one piece of chicken into 3 pieces! Told Viator what happened and they only wanted to refund $15.50! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
