Fantastic service - Everything was fantastic, very friendly, delicious food, you can see the love of the food and they treated us very well, we had a birthday boy and it felt very good.

Everything excellent - Excellent service, delicious food, sufficient portions and excellent seasoning, the beach is beautiful, the view of the turquoise blue sea is beautiful. The attention of the guys on the tour was excellent and they also arrived on time. Since we couldn't go to the oceanarium because there was high tide, Nicolas helped us find another alternative, which was to go to the mangroves and feed the raccoons. This was a super beautiful experience. Those little animals are the most beautiful and tender thing there can be. My children were Also delighted with the snorkeling, it was a beautiful experience. Highly recommended Jet set travel.

Excellent attention and cordiality - We went as a family to see the islands, although we had to wait 20 minutes for them to pick us up at the hotel, they had excellent service and were always very cordial with everyone.

Good idea but poor implementation - I had booked the tour for Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at 7 a.m., but only found out when I contacted the tour guide at around 7:30 p.m. that the tour had to be postponed because the beaches had to be cleaned due to the high number of guests, which I basically understand, but the fact that I had to contact the tour guide to get this information was not ideal for me. I was told, without asking whether I could do it, that it would take place on Friday, which didn't work for us because we had already planned everything for the week. We were able to arrange to do the tour on Saturday anyway and the tour guide named Nicolas promised to console us with a Pina Colada as an apology, which I thought was nice. As information about the tour, you have to be able to speak and understand Spanish otherwise you won't understand anything...there were only instructions in Spanish when we got to the island. We asked at least 3 times if they could translate it for us and we were always told yes, after 5 minutes. In the end we got the information an hour later when we were already on our way to the other island...The Caribbean breakfast was OK, we couldn't even finish our coffee in peace before we had to get on the speedboat. The panoramic tour was very nice and recommended! Unfortunately the tour guide only spoke Spanish so we couldn't understand everything about the history of the Rosario Islands. The aquarium together with the dolphin show was impressive and highly recommended! On the way back we had a very good lunch, the fish was really delicious, a big compliment to the chef! In brief: Negative point: - 1h30min drive to the island & back, during which we were not informed - we didn't get home until 5:30pm - too little communication & unfortunately no English-speaking tour guides - we were picked up at 2:20pm even though we were told it would be until 3pm...after that we were dropped off on an island and had to wait an hour for the rest of the people and were then picked up by a public bus. - Pina Colada, which Nicolas had promised us, was not offered to us, instead we were given a glass of lemonade with our meal...we didn't know whether the lemonade was supposed to be the welcome drink. - It said in the description that you could choose between a shrimp cocktail and fruit, but that wasn't offered to us either. - you should plan much more time and really give people the service you promise. Positive: - the tour guides were very friendly - the food was delicious - the aquarium was amazing and the speedboat ride - the beach was really quiet and relaxing

Tour canceled - From the day before they did everything possible to postpone the tour, while we were in Playa Blanca they told us that there was no boat available and they canceled the tour and did not refund us anything

Better look for another option - Appalling. From the bus that picked us up, its seats were too small and we couldn't reach it, the driver was rude from the beginning. Then when we arrived in Barú, a boat picked us up where the vests WERE NOT USE and there were not enough for everyone. No one helps you get on the boat and one of the managers was saying that the boat was damaged and was missing something to make it work well. The tour managers, not very serious and disorganized, even wanted to interrupt my breakfast time because the other boat was already approaching ahead of time. In general, I do not recommend this company to anyone, if you can find another tour operator, do so.

Not happy - I didn't get what I wanted on the date of my trip that I bought the package for 2 was supposed too get picked up on the 31 of Dicember I payed 90 us dollars too see baru island and Rosario Island lunch free welcome drink and shrimp cocktail we never got just lunch that's it I was suppose too be taken too see the dolphins that never happen it was a mess the beach is full of corals that you can't swim we got hurt and was bleeding not a trip too remember the guide lost us and send us in a boat too another little island and we had too figure out how too get back up too where we started very irresponsible,I been using viators for years but it was a terrible 😞 service not what we are use too t the trip was cancelled on the ,31 too the 1 because they where going too give better service it was a mess victoria and her husband where respectful and nice thats all I can say
