Highly Recommend Earth Stompers - Our guide Rochelle, really helped make this trip, she was so friendly and accommodating, and was incredibly informative about the things we saw and did. The activities were brilliant and not too strenuous. My mum got called the silver Ninja because she is a very fit mature lady. I would thoroughly recommend this company for this trip, they are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and all the accommodation on the way are superb, it’s a shame that we only had the odd night in them.

5 Day Garden Route & Addo Tour - 24 February 2025 - We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and cannot speak highly enough of the itinerary and in particular the contribution of our Tour Manager Christine. We were collected on time from our hotel in a modern and comfortable minibus which accommodated us and the other eight people taking the tour. We choose the B&B accommodation option and we were never disappointed, each property was excellent our hosts were attentive and charming. We had ample breakfast with options and set off each morning thoroughly rested and ready for each day. Equally, our evening meals were also first class, a superb combination of local produce prepared with care and presented in the traditional way. (Note to other readers – if you have not tried Ostrich, please do - it is an excellent dish, I thoroughly enjoyed my steak as did all my fellow travellers) Our highlights are too numerous to list but a short summary would be to see the penguins; visit the point where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet; to see numerous wild animals in their natural habitat; to go trekking to a wonderful waterfall and canoeing back (which certainly was a first for us); to watch some of our friend do a bungee jump and Perhaps the real highlight was Christine. We have travelled extensively with many very capable guides, hosts and leaders. Without doubt Christine is the best we have ever encountered. Her approach to us all was open, friendly and caring. She made sure we all had a great time and explained so much that added real depth to the experience. She was always on hand to help, offer encouragement and share her significant knowledge. It is clear she really enjoys what she does and that passion is infectious. To sum up, our Earthstompers tour was excellent from start to finish, we shared experiences, sights and sounds with really friendly people over our 5 days, so many many memories, thank you.

The perfect Gardentour and Addo experience! Recommended!! - It was a super cool fun tour!! Our guide Christine is very social, knows a lot, and has everything super good organized!! Really a big 10! It is a very varied tour through the combination of the Garden Route with the Little Karooh. And Addo on the last day: wow!! Great hostels, good food, lots to do and see! Highly recommended! Compliments also for the organization of Earthstompers: good information in advance, clear what you will do when. Fine communication via WhatsApp on the day before the tour due to pick up at the various locations. There were 10 of us from different countries and continents. Throughout the week with and enjoyed each other!!

We are happy to spend a few days with our amazing and professional guide Rochelle. She knows everything especially history of South Africa. She respected our habits as well as our sightseeing and meal needs. Highly recommend!

Epic small group experience - Just returned from this experience. It was my first group tour, so I was pretty nervous about travelling on a tour... and with strangers. But it was an absolutely epic experience. The group size of 10 was perfect, the length of the tour was great, the itinerary was just right. Got to see plenty of diversity in scenery along the south coast, decent places to stay, and really great food all along the way. Garath, our guide, was awesome, plenty of laughs, and all-in-all a really spectacular holiday. I'd highly recommend Earthstomper. Booking process was easy and very responsive. Adding on two days at a camp in Amakhala Game Reserve was the perfect add-on to further experience a safari.
