Sunset Cruise from V&A Waterfront
Tigger 2 Exclusive Cruises - Depending on the season, guests will be picked up between 17:00 and 18:00 from their accommodation in Cape Town and transferred to the V&A Waterfront Jetty for a delightful Sunset Cruise, which includes a welcome drink upon boarding. After the cruise, guests will be transferred back to their hotel. The cruise lasts 90 minutes, with an additional hour allocated for transfers between the hotel and the V&A Waterfront.
Robben Island, Bo-Kaap & Table Mountain Tour
Robben Island Museum - Guests will receive a shared transfer around 8:00am from their hotel in Cape Town to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, located in the V&A Waterfront Clocktower Precinct. The tour guide/driver will accompany guests to the boarding queue, where they will use their included Robben Island ticket to board the boat to the Robben Island Prison Museum. Guests should bring a copy of their ID or Passport for verification. Upon arrival at Robben Island, guests will disembark and enjoy a guided tour of the island, following in the footsteps of Madiba and exploring his prison cell while learning about his life and other political prisoners on the island. Afterward, guests will board the boat back to the Waterfront Jetty. The entire tour, including boat transfers, lasts approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
Table Mountain - After reuniting with the tour guide at the Waterfront, the tour proceeds to Table Mountain, where guests will take the cable car to the summit. The included ticket covers the cable car journey both ways. While exploring this 7th Wonder of Nature, guests can enjoy refreshments and a light lunch or takeaway at the Table Mountain Cafe (not included in the tour price).
Bo-Kaap - After visiting Table Mountain, the tour returns to the base of the mountain and heads to the City Centre for sightseeing and photos in the vibrant Bo-Kaap, featuring its colorful houses, before dropping guests off at their hotel between 17:00 and 18:00.
Franschhoek Wine Tram Experience
Franschhoek Wine Tram - Official Site (Franschhoek Terminal) - Guests will receive a shared transfer from their hotel in Cape Town at approximately 8:30am to the Food and Wine Capital of South Africa, Franschhoek, for a full-day Hop-On Hop-Off wine tasting experience. With the included Wine Tram ticket, guests can choose from 6 to 7 wine estates to visit throughout the day, sampling some of South Africa’s finest wines. Guests are advised to book their lunch (at their own expense) after receiving their Wine Tram route planner from the office. Please note that wine tasting fees at the various estates are not included in the tour price, but typically range from R60,00 to R150,00 depending on the chosen tasting option. At the end of the day, guests will return to the Wine Tram station to meet their tour guide/driver for the transfer back to their hotel in Cape Town between 17:30 and 18:00.
