As someone who’s spent years chasing adrenaline across the globe, the allure of the Canmore Caving Explorer Tour was irresistible. Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, the Rat’s Nest Cave promised an adventure unlike any other. Our guide, Hyun Ho, met us at the base of the mountain, his calm demeanor and expertise immediately putting our group of eight at ease. We were a mix of adults, young adults, and a couple of brave kids, all eager to dive into the unknown.
