Lovely short excursion - We had a great time. Guide was friendly and the group was of 10 so not too big. We kayaked first and went to see a small waterfall and hugged the coastline. This was not difficult for us, I think anyone with a bit of physical strength can do this no problem and it was beautiful. The snorkeling was also great but for me I couldn't get my breathing right with the snorkel so I came back out after about 10 minutes. There were lots of beautiful fish and my boyfriend saw these. All in all a great little excursion. We followed up with a drink at Peters Poncha, Peter is great I recommend that too.

Fantastic experience and very professional guides - A must do activity whilst in Madeira. Tour operator was very professional and instructors were knowledgeable and very helpful. Wonderful views of the islands. Highly recommended.

Exceptional - We had a fabulous guide Marcus, for just the 2 of us. It was our first time kayaking on the sea, he was clear, patient and friendly. He made sure we got the most out of our experience. The scenery was spectacular but the snorkelling was out of this world, so many different varieties of fish. There was great communication before we began our tour. I can’t wait to return.

Spectacular guide with fantastic kayaking and snorkeling experience - Booked a 9am kayaking tour with our guide Antonio Ramos. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna as well as the landmarks surrounding the area. He brought us to another snorkeling spot after our first one only had a few fish. At the second location we saw a huge amount of wildlife. The views above and below the water were exceptional and we thank Antonio for showing us all of it. We will return to Madeira in the future and will definitely be booking with Lokoloko again for more ocean adventures.

brilliant trip with friendly expert guide - we were lucky to have a great guide Antonio all to ourselves. The team at Lokoloko was very flexible in meeting our timetable requirements. The sea was a little choppy but Antonio was reassuring, lent us wetsuits and checked all the gear carefully. He was quite subtle about checking our ability before we set off, but we are experienced kayakers and all was good :) The snorkelling was amazing. we saw so many different species in great abundance at the snorkelling spot. The water was beautifully clear. Antonio had a guide to the different species which was very helpful. He also took brilliant videos for us so we didnt have to take our phones. altogether a very successful trip

Very uncomplicated booking with good equipment - The tour was a lot of fun and the guide was great! The help getting on and off was great and rounded off the great trip.

Underwater photos sent to participants via Whatsapp: violation of data protection - Basically, the kayak tour and snorkeling were fun. There weren't many fish to be seen in the bay in Garajau, but I hadn't expected that. It was only in the bay in front of the hotel that fish were attracted by feeding them bread. I didn't like that. Industrially produced bread for fish should never be fed to animals. Photos were taken during the dive, which were then sent to all participants via WhatsApp a few days later without consent. A clear violation of data protection. In response to my complaint, Lokoloko apologized and promised to improve. I can therefore only recommend that interested parties pay attention to whether the team really respects the participants' data protection in the future. My conclusion: Unfortunately unsatisfactory due to the violation of data protection. Otherwise I would have rated it satisfactory or good.
