- Cancun Lighthouse Restaurant - Welcome to the jungle tour experience, here we will be driving our speedboat, we will be following our guide around the Nichupte Lagoon, we will visit the manglars for about 45 min, the groups are composed of 6 speedboat, we will be arriving at one of the most enigmatic places in Cancun, Punta Nizuc, where the ocean and the lagoon joined, here we will make a snorkel activity where you will see a huge variety of fishes and a segment of the famous subacuatic museum. Later we will drive our speed boat in our way back to our marina and we will go through the special crocodile area where if we are lucky we will see this beautiful animal, the area is secured so you don’t need to be afraid. If you need locker you can rent it directly at the Marina.

Our departure area is located in the marina of Plaza la Isla. You must go to the side that overlooks the lagoon next to the lighthouse restaurant. This activity has only 3 schedules 9:00am, 12;00pm and 3:00pm, you need to reserve one schedule so we can everything confirm for your service.

Highly recommend, amazing experience! - The staff was so friendly and they gave us the safety rules very well. In the beginning you get to see a temple and learn about the Mayans and it was an amazing experience. The speedboats were super fun and cool drive. The snorkeling was awesome and the statues were very beautiful although hard to find when we went due to high winds and a recent rain storm! but we still saw 2 and it was a great experience!

Parque Maya Cancun - We used Parque Maya Cancun and it was the best time!! Peter started by taking us through a Mayan ritual where we were purified and entertained. Lots of laughs. Then we were taken to our boat where we followed Capt Flash through the mangroves and the marina. Boats were easy to drive and functional. After boat ride, we were given a lunch and served by a great waiter, Gustova. Location in the heart of the hotel zone. Highly recommend.

Wrong address to meet was given in Viator but Trip turned out very good! - The tour itself was awesome. Ricardo did a wonderful job and we all ended up having a great time!
I would give 5-stars except for the incorrect information given to me on my viator confirmation regarding the place to meet for our tour. We were told to meet by the Lighthouse Restaurant at La Isla for our 9am time. We were there at 8:50 and they couldn’t find a record of our reservation for 8. We were told that the tour already left and that our marina was at Fred’s a few kilometers away. They were able to accommodate us at 12, but I booked the 9am knowing that we had a flight to leave for and now there wouldn’t be time for lunch. It was very frustrating...even the two fluent Spanish speakers on our group felt like we were being given the run around.
Luckily all on our tour was at Fred’s early and we went out and got back in plenty of time to catch the plane.
