Great time learning about a lot of history - Carlos, Mauricio, Pac and Blanca were the BEST tour guides!!!! Spanish, English, French and Mayan languages spoken on this tour!! The best tours come from people who care about their work and where they come from. I appreciate all the extra fun facts we learned along the way, and I would definitely book again :) Carlos created such a bond with us, all I could say is thank you! Phenomenal food that they take you to, The SOUP is the best! The Tacos are SPECTACULAR! The mayan show was a plus and I did not expect to go to the most perfect town of Valladolid! Please keep us the GREAT WORK! Book with these guys IF AND ONLY IF you want to have an amazing time! Vian con Dios!

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Very complete tour! Excellent explanation by the guides Jesus Cuerva and Jesus A., very wise and knowledgeable about history. Chichén Itzá and Cenote Ik-Kil was an incredible experience. The visit to the Maya village was very enriching, the food was very good and the entire experience was memorable. Valladolid is very beautiful but there is little time to explore. I highly recommend this incredible team!

Unforgettable excursion. - We made the visit 03/14/24. They picked us up at our Hotel in Playacar and left us there upon return. Incredible experience. Our guide team was top notch. With Angel, as the main guide, followed by Perfecto, Daniel and Balam. Clear and precise explanations (from someone knowledgeable on the subject and very didactic). A unique excursion to repeat again with the same team.

For more guides from the heart - We visited Chichen Itzá with our guide Ángel, who also included Dani, Perfecto and Balam. An incredible team. Ángel explained everything to us in a very professional way but above all from the heart. He adds magic to his words, I hope we meet again on other visits.

Excellent - The tour was very cool, complete. They take into account every detail, they are very kind. We highlight our guide Diego because in addition to his hospitality, he is knowledgeable about history, which makes this experience not just a trip but a cultural immersion.

Excellent guides - We did two excursions of the five we had with this company and without a doubt they are the best. Highlight Ángel Villalobos for the excellent guide he is. It is obvious that he enjoys his work, he explains everything wonderfully.

A Fantastic Experience - This is an excellent and worthwhile excursion for anyone interested in history, architecture, culture, and the wonders of the world. Chichen Itza is a marvel and truly amazing. Swimming in the cenote is a once in a lifetime experience. Ekinox provided great professional service from beginning to end. Our bus was brand new and extremely comfortable. Our guide, Jesus, and driver Carlos were excellent. Ivonne was always helpful and extremely communicative. Our pick up was on time, and our return to the city was also on time with a smaller van taking us right to our drop off point. Our guide in English at Chichen Itza was really a delight. Henry was knowledgable and entertaining, including in his discussion stories of his own upbringing as a Mayan in the area. Overall, a terrific day. Two you things to keep in mind: it is a very long day, and it is important to wear a hat, comfortable shoes, and a lot of sunscreen.

Disappointing - Would not recommend this tour, the day is terribly long and drawn out. Chicken Itza was loud and noisy with vendors selling their merchandise. noisemakers going off. I would suggest watching a documentary instead of actual tour. The lunch was mediocre and then walk through village ending with visit to craft shop where you were encouraged to support Mayan community by purchasing crafts. Then stop in colonial Mexican town was a waste of time for 30 minutes. Guide explained nothing about the colonial church or town. We felt like we lost a full day of our vacation, after arriving back at hotel after 9:00.

I would not hire the service again - I do not recommend the excursion to Chichén Itzá with the Ekinox company. •Chichen Itza: There was not enough cultural information from the guides. I don't know how to visit all the ruins. Little time to go. At the same time, the Guides criticize and discredit the work of the street vendors (who are located within the complex), the prices and quality of the merchandise. (They are good and affordable products) Yes, we agree that there are too many sellers and they take away all the cultural appeal. However, the criticism that Ekinox guides make towards street vendors is why the company has an agreement with other vendors who are in the complex where they have lunch. (Where items are excessively expensive). •Visit to Cenote Very Expensive for the short time spent in the place and the small space of the cenote. •Lunch The worst part of the excursion! Ekinox guides sell the buffet lunch experience as excellent, it's bad and reduced! The agreement between the Ekinox company, restaurant and the souvenir sales business is evident. The time in the place is excessive! (More than 2 hours) They have the entire system set up to show how they make souvenirs and then sell them at a high cost! •Valladolid Picturesque city. Only a short 30' to visit it. Suggestion Lunch could be had in a restaurant in the city. The trip is less exhausting and would allow you to spend more time in Chichén Itzá, cenote and Valladolid.
