A great time parasailing, saw 50 turtles! - This was our first time parasailing, and it was an absolutely great time!
You spend about 12 to 15 minutes up in the air, which is more than enough time.
We saw probably 50 or 60 turtles from the air which was really cool. Also, if you stingrays. The staff was more than accommodating and did not do anything to make me or my wife feel uncomfortable. Very professional. Very safe.

WONDERFUL! - Staff was very welcoming and made everything a pleasure! Did the jet sky and parasail combo and it was soooo much fun! I’ve never done parasailing before so to do it in Cancun for the first time was unbelievable! The only “down fall” would be that it took about a week for us to receive our pics we paid for, called a couple times about it. don’t know if it’s an internet situation but better late than never! Still rate it a 10/10

Birthday FUN - It was quick but so much fun. They were on time and not stricted at all. Definitely worth it and would go again. My boyfriend loved the Jetski, I was just holding on to dear life.

Great time & good customer service - It was good experience they really work with you they canceled are appointment at 7am because of rain but have us another one at 5 even though i was like 20 mins late the captain didn’t leave us they made sure we got to experience this .. parasailing was a breezy it definitely is a vibe would do again && jet skii was good too differently a vibe as well would do again

Good deal - Parasail was fun, the views from above were good. Jetski was ok, it's didn't operate the best but they have us a few extra minutes because of it

We got to the venue and... - We got to the venue and almost immediately were processed and on the boat on our way to parasail.
Parasailing was very peaceful - not the adrenaline hit as I was hoping for but enjoyable none the less- great views!
The transfer to the jet skis was…interesting. We got picked up at the parasailing boat and had to transfer to the jet ski- from the boat, in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. Definitely got some adrenaline going there!
Jet skiing was fun though I think my ski was a little older- it still held up.
Overall fun experience and not much waiting around- all very efficient.

Unreasonable - Canceled twice by them and eventually refunded. Weather was great and we were excited. It was rescheduled 2 times "because of weather" and eventually they had to refund because we were leaving before they were willing to rebook.

Unhappy customer - They charged my card for payment after they told me it would likely get canceled due to "weather ". The ones outside our hotel were Still running. I am still waiting to get my refund! We had 4 people so it was $556 they took even though it was going to get canceled. I better get my money back soon or I will be reporting the charges to my bank as fraud.
If they knew they were going to cancel they should not have pulled my money!!!!

Terrible - The tour operator cancelled on us the day of our reservation after the departure pick up time from our hotel. We had to call and confirm if the driver was still coming and they told us due to the weather our experience was canceled. I was unable to reschedule or book a different tour with a different agency on such short notice.
