Highlights
- Cancun - A boat will take you to the area where you can start your fantastic experience. The instructor will give you all the indications for a safe and entertaining trip. The parasail has enough space for two people sitting comfortably, so if you do not want to do it alone, you have nothing to worry! The rope will slowly rise, and you will travel from 60 to 105 meters above the sea, Isla Mujeres, the hotel zone or the Nichupté lagoon.
Enjoy this exciting ride and do not miss this unique perspective, where you will go through the mangroves and have a view of the coastal line of Cancun, in the only parasail used by Disney World.

Comfortably seating up to two passengers, this experience allows you to sit back and take in all the sights from the Cancun skyline.

- The ocean option is subject to weather conditions and may be canceled for safety reasons. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- The minimum age to carry out this activity is 5 years
- The maximum age for this activity is 65 years.

The only way to do it! So much fun and comfortable for all ages! - We chose this option for comfort for our whole family and it was awesome! This is the only way to do it! So much fun, you feel safe, and its comfortable for all ages including our Gramma and our 10yr old!

Responsible Fun - The event was canceled 3 hours before it was to begin because of bad weather. I truly appreciated their message. They said they would refund the payment. I will be very happy when they do so.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME - This was an AWESOME experience....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND....the guys on the boat were super nice...they even dropped my pictures off to my hotel later that day.....there is NO BETTER view of Cancun than this....

Great experience! - Being in the air floating in the sky was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was a little nervous at first but the crew prepared me for what to expect. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience & view - Did the skyrider it was very comfortable easy for any age.
The views were amazing.
Felt very safe from beginning to end. I'll be back in May with my mother For Mother's Day. For another amazing adventure🪂🪂

Event amazing getting there not so much - The actual para sailing easy 5 out of 5 , once you get there it’s super organized and smooth process, all the people are extremely helpful. The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find a canopy there with the setup.

A must Do - Firstly, the lift was no way close to 30 minutes - realistically 15 minutes which is secondly, okay. It’s a lull not a thriller but enjoyable all the same. The crew works for tips, offer bottled water, and snap photos. Definitely a must do while in Cancun.

Better luck next time. - We were not able to enjoy parasailing this trip. As it was cancelled once we arrived to the location. No one called to advise us. Trying to get the refund as difficult as the representative wasn't very helpful. The next person whom we spoke with was very helpful. Previous trip was great.
