The best part of it all is that you don’t need to have any boating experience! Our 13 ft speedboats are easy to drive, safe, stable and completely suitable for first time boaters. At Jungle Tour Adventure we will teach you how to navigate (you steer the wheel just like a car) your own speedboat, you will following one of our highly-trained tour guides for the entire tour where they will show you the beautiful mangrove canals and Punta Nizuc bay.The snorkeling activity will be taking place at the beautiful Punta Nizuc coral reef, which is part of the second biggest coral reef barrier in the world, a site known for its incredibly clear water, coral reefs and underwater museum*.
• Visit to the underwater museum is recommended only for experienced swimmers
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time
- Minimum age required to drive 18+
- Minimum age recommended to board 3+
- Participants from 4 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- No pregnant women allowed
- Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions such as asthma or claustrophobia (just for snorkeling)
- We recommend you to bring your own towel and dry clothes
- You can present either a printed or an electronic voucher for this activity
- This service requires a payment of $20.00 USD per person prior to boarding, payable in cash for use of marine natural elements (Art. 198 of the Act Federal rights)
- All customers must present a credit card and I.D. matching the credit card holder at the moment of check in
- Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other illicit substance are not allowed to participate in the tour and will not be able to get a refund.
- The maximum weight capacity per speedboat is 450 lbs (205 kg).

Highly recommended! - A great trip out on the shred boat to a reef with lots and lots of fish. Our guide Jorge was sensational. Highly recommend this tour!

The staff was very... - The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They let us know 2hrs prior to time the port harbor did not approve snorkeling due to weather, however the boat cruise was still available. We did not want to re-schedule so we went on. We had so much fun, does not look fast, but the boats are really fast. This is a must. Thank you VIATOR.

Highly recommend - We took the jungle adventure speed boat tour with Enrique. It was so much fun and Enrique was a wonderful guide. So knowledgeable and personable. Snorkeling was beautiful. Boats went at a fast enough pace for adventure seekers but not too fast for younger family members.

Aqua World Jungle Tour - Cancun - What an adventure!! It was a truly amazing tour! When we left the dock in the small boats, powered by 30HP outboard motors, they really went fast.
I can’t remember our Guides name off-hand but, he was great.
Prior to starting, we were gathered together around a large map, showing us the route we would be taking to get out into the Caribbean. We were also given hand/arm signals that we had to use. As there were five boats plus the guide, whenever he did an arm signal, all boats had to repeat the signal so all boats knew what to do, like, speed up, slow down, gather around, etc.
On the way to the Mangroves, the company had a drone up taking a picture/video of everyone.
Once we entered the mangroves and zig-zagging through them, they were beautiful, and when it opened up into the Caribbean….WOW!!
The Guide took us to this area where other boats were tied off and then tied us all together at a roped off area over the reef. He told us not to touch the reef at all prior to sliding in off the boat to start snorkelling.
There were so many fish to see, as well as the marine vegetation. When you continued following him, we came up to some statues that had been placed an were pretty cool to see.
After snorkelling, we headed back in through the mangroves and back to their docks and drove right up onto floating berths.
When we returned the lifejackets and fins, they were trying to sell you a couple of pictures they took of you with the drone, we never purchased as we took some of our own pictures.
.We’ve been to Cancun four times now and have never done this excursion before, I highly recommend it for sure.
The staff, especially our Guide, I think as either Fernando or Forman, not positive.

Great snorkel and speed boat adventure. - Speed boats were very fun and the snorkeling was great. Very good spot for someone from Wisconsin to go see fish on the reef and be very close to them.

A Really Fun Excursion!! - What a great morning!! The staff was friendly and explained everything. We had Raul as a guide and he was great. The boats are easy to navigate and had a small storage area for your things. It was a very windy day, so the water was choppy but this just made for fun waves and splashes. We did not snorkel, but the 1.5 hr boat tour was a lot of fun! Things to know: $20 pp additional fee upon arrival. They will try to sell you pictures and/or videos for $40+ US dollars (haggling is ok). There is a FREE Noble Curazon tequila tasting and it is TOTALLY worth it!! The mini lesson by Jazmin and the 7 flavors of tequila were fantastic. Bottles started around $60 US but again, haggling OK. My family loved this excursion!!

Very worth it! - It was very fun. This trip combines the speedboat driving with snorkeling. You drive yourself to the coral reef area out in the open sea, and do the snorkeling. The coral reef is really nice and pretty, we also saw many fishes.

Excursion from hell - This tour is easily the worst excursion we have ever been on. We went out to the ocean a bit late and the waves were crucial. It made us so sick. When we arrived to the snorkel site the tour guide was unwilling to help non swimmers and left us on the boat. The snorkeling didn’t last more than 10 minutes. When the tour guide was pulling my friend back on the boat from snorkeling, he pulled her arm so hard he managed to break her elbow. On the way back, a group member speedboat continued breaking down and the tour guides left our friends in the middle of the ocean to help repair the broken boat. The waves pushed the half of the group’s boats into a swamp area and their boats got stuck. To make matters worse, they continued scaring the group about alligators in the area. The tour guides then left us in the middle of the ocean and just told us to find our way back to the tour company and we had no clue where we were going. Eventually we found our way back and the tour guides came back with the other group members. I will never in my life do this tour again or with Jungle Tours ever again.
