- Children 5 and younger are not allowed.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid drivers license to drive the speedboat.
- You must be at least 3 feet and 93 inches (120 cm) tall for the parasailing activity.
- An additional surcharge of US$15 for dock fee is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
- The local tour operator reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited on this activity.
- Parasailing activity depends on weather conditions, if conditions do not allow the activity to take place you will be offered to reschedule.
- If rescheduling is not possible a partial refund of 40% will be processed.
