Great experience, great photos / videos - Fun experience! The staff are great and we almost didn’t get the photos / videos but after looking at them, we had to. I recommend!

Amazing day fantastic menories - Beautiful location and fun as well. My 9 year old said it was his best day of vacation and I can't argue with that! Highly recommend

Great experience not too far from Cancun - Everything about the experience was exceptional. More than we expected. Staff was extremely pleasant. The horses were calm and the cowboys were wonderful and even sang songs. Zip lines were nice and the team did a great job. ATV was great - nice power for the trails. At the end, the platform and zip line into the cenote was just perfect. And then the dinner and tequila tasting to end the day. Wow! I cannot say enough about the experience. If we come back to Cancun, this will be on our list to do first!

Fun time and worth the money - We had a lot of fun!
The staff were helpful and activities were well-executed. Ziplining was a highlight of the day, as was ziplining into the cenote. We opted not to do the horseback riding and liked we could go right to tequila tasting and cenote swim, although we did have a longer wait at the end for the other people in our transportation who did do the horseback riding. If we had of known, we likely would have purchased more beverages so it might be good for staff to let visitors know how long of a wait they have for their van to come back so they can take photos, drink and eat more, and enjoy the space.
We enjoyed the lunch and the vegetarian option was appreciated.
The ATVs were quite slow as we were at the back and were stuck behind very cautious riders we weren't allowed to pass. It might be a better experience to ask visitors how fast they plan to go (while still driving safely and slowing down around corners) and letting them go in order of faster/slower. I get that maybe it's a preference for everyone to go super slow, but it was painful at points to move at such a slow pace.

"OK" experience - Very nice experience riding ATV, Horse and doing the zip lines, but keep in mind you cannot take your cellphone or camera with you, they will take pictures and in the end you decide if you want to buy them or not, a little expensive, for me and my boyfriend all pictures and videos costed $85.

Not a good organization - Have waited 2.5 hours for us to be fetched!!
Otherwise it's a cool park but only a small ATV track and you only ride in circles

Meh - The company charges $80 (American dollars) per person for photos and gets bad if you try to take photos yourself. The activities were fun and the members of staff seemed knowledgeable and aware. Some of the zip lines didn’t take people all the way across and they had to pull themselves across.

Nice for the price - I feel like this goes beyond this excursions control. It all started with the driver who got to us 35 minutes late. It was actually a pretty good excursion for the price. The activities were great. The only reason I give it a 3/5 is because they make you lock up all of your belongings including phones, so you’re unable to take pictures. But someone is everywhere taking pictures. No one told us there was time limits for each activity, no one said hey make sure you get ur pictures because once ur ride is here you can’t get them. At the end we weren’t even done with our food when our driver arrived and they told us we had to leave. When I said wait we still need to purchase our pictures. They said it was too late and we had to leave. I asked if I can come back or call and get the pics they said no. I was so upset because it was my children and families first time in Cancun and didn’t get any pictures from this adventure.
The tour guide was kind enough to let my daughter take a Picture with the horse (the person who sold us the tickets told us my daughter would be able to ride the horse) turns out you have to be 4. But he was kind enough to let her get a pic. The ATVs was EVERYONES favorite. And the zip lines were fun. Fajitas were good.

Don’t waste your money - My group had a horrible experience. The staff constantly rushed us. We did not get the service we booked. We booked single ATVs and were forced to share a double. We were rushed on the zip line, horseback riding, and the cenote. On top of that, they dang near force the tip box in your face. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve!

Would not recommend - I would not recommend this adventure park. Given misinformation from the start. Most of the staff was impatient and rushed our group the entire time. We paid for single ATVs but were forced to share doubles and when we mentioned something, we were given attitude in response. It seems like this place overbooked themselves and could not accommodate the group size. The only nice staff was the driver for the transportation and the horse back riding. It’s not worth the money paid. Choose another adventure park.
