In our arrival in Cancun we were told we had to meet the transportation in Terminal 3, even though I had given them our airline information and arriving in terminal 4. We had to pay to get a taxi over to terminal 3. Once at terminal 3, and couldn’t find them, we were told they are waiting at terminal 4! For our return back to the airport, we were never contacted to set up our pick up time at the hotel. It took myself reaching out to them several times, and the time was not confirmed until the morning we were leaving. Which caused us stress not knowing if they were going to be picking us up or not. They ended up coming, but the communication was terrible, no apology, not good service

At first, both my assistant and I had problems booking the overpriced transfer from the airport to Playa del Carmen. We chose this provider because it was recommended by the airbnb host.
We can start with the owner lying about the qualities of the vehicle. When asked for the differentiation between this service and the ones in the airport he mentioned that it had leather seats. What then I encountered was a plain vanilla van, all for myself.
When I arrived at CAN airport, I tried to search for the driver but the meeting point provided by the owner (Terminal 3) was closed. I spent the next 45 minutes searching for the driver. Wrote and called the whatsapp number provided to no avail.
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a tourism company–an absolute lack of honesty, professionalism, and preparation.
Hope this serves as a warning sign for other travelers. I'll never work with them again.
