Great Tour with Amigo Tours - This tour was fantastic. I really appreciate that Amigo Tours provides pick up service. The day started with a visit to Tulum which I really enjoyed that stop. Then we went to Coba and I really enjoyed that stop also. Our last stop was lunch and the Cenote. This is also another great stop. My only comment here is they didn’t have much in terms of vegan options other than some fruit and salad greens and the only dressing you could pick was olive oil. I know this might not be a concern for a large number of guest but it would have been nice if at least the beans and rice were prepared in a vegan friendly manner. This being said I understand that it is prepared in an authentic way and they don’t need to change preparation just for my dietary choices. So while it would be nice to have something vegan friendly I won’t rate the tour lower for that and I am not upset about it not being available. My tour guide Jonathan organized the tour well and kept us informed. He was also very friendly. I don’t remember the name of my driver but the driver was great and drove really safely. This really was a great experience and I am glad u went on this tour and I am very happy with Amigo Tours service and communication.

Espectacular tour with adventure and amazing food - Amazing tour! Tulum and Coba were amazing but the cenote exploring was absolutely mind blowing. Well-organized tour with multiple experiences - Ricardo and driver Enrique facilitated an excellent tour. They shared information about the ruins and answered additional questions as well. The cenote was beautiful and the guided swim through the caves allowed us to see wildlife and cave features. At lunch there were a variety of options of food. No complaints from me; this was an amazing tour and Ricardo is an excellent guide!

Tulum - Lovely day! Johnny (safest driver) and Ricardo (our fantastic guide) made the day with their genuine care, expertise and ready smiles. Loved the cenote experience at the end to cool down after exploring Tulum and Coba.

Fabulous, but some good to know tips - Ricardo our guide and Salvador our driver were fabulous, and Ricardo really kept my kids entertained Pros: - Tulum - early before the crowds and heat - coba ruins via tricycle was the highlight -buffet spread was lovely and catered for vegetarian well. Cons - pick up location. I gave our location, and was hoping for option of paying extra for hotel pick up but I wasn't given this option. - cenote - there should be a brief on this, as I was with 2 young children, and this particular cenote was a cave exploration, not the open cenote experience I was hoping for. - lots of travel time between locations and very early start

Nice Sample of Places - This tour included many important sites. But despite a very early departure we felt quite rushed at Tulum and Coba. Ricardo did a really nice job and kept the group moving. But if we’d traveled on our own, we would take taken more time in the ruins and less in the vendor areas.

The destinations are... - The destinations are great and the guide was great. But consider swapping the activities because we did not get lunch until 3:30. Which is pretty late for lunch when you are starting at 5:30am. Also we picked up two people at door front in Playa del Carmen timeshare. It took extra 20 minutes one way because so far in and speed bumps. the pick up should be on main road.

Don't believe that you can really spend 2hrs and more each in Tulum and Coba - The information they provided in the itinerary is misleading. I joined this tour because they said in the itinerary that we are going to spend 2hrs in Tulum and 2.5hrs in Coba. But in fact it wasn't. We could only spend 1hr in Tulum and 1hr 15mins in Coba, because the guide would spend extra 10mins to buy us tickets, ask us to go to the bathroom for 15mins, then ask us to go to the souvenir shops for another 15mins. So after adding these up, that's what the itinerary claimed..... Other than that, the tour itself is not bad. Quick response after booking. Clear instructions on the meeting point. The guide and driver are nice
