So amazing - from 12 to 69; something for the whole family - 2nd time at this park and can't wait to go back. 1st time for everyone else in the fam. Idk if there's an option for a 2 day pass but you simply CANNOT see this whole park, and enjoy food/drink, AND enjoy all of the add on adventures in one day. You have to plan everything you want to do before you arrive. And give each thing a time limit. We could have spent a half day JUST on the lazy river alone. My sister woke up the next day and said I WANNA GO BACK. From the 12 yr old to the 69 yr old, there was something for everyone to enjoy, including a spa massage which mom said was hands down one of the best she's had.

Great service - Great day: began with smooth pickup, then a day of the lazy river, manatee feeding, and easy drop off. The pick-up service was great: we were collected from our lobby and brought to the park, stopping once for another group. The drop off service was equally easy. Water and air conditioning provided in the van! Xel-Ha was amazing: be prepared that the all inclusive activities are great, but dolphins, manatees, and other experiences are extra. The rates are lower than in other places, so that was a positive. Pros: The lazy river was incredible; you can choose a floating armchair or just swim in your life vest. Water is clear and warm, and the train makes it easy to travel to the start of the activity. Walking shoes are highly recommended! Even with them, some places are slippery, but they have great handle rails most places. The buffet is large and there is something for everyone. There are multiple places to return life jackets and locker keys, making it fairly seamless. Cons: -We found the initial arrival a bit confusing: where to book manatees, where to get a locker, whether or not we needed a life jacket or snorkel right away, whether we needed towels along the way or just at the end of the trip, etc. We had to ask many people different things to finally get a locker, It would be helpful to have a little guide next up the park maps that explains everything. Great value.
