I will bring my entire family next time. From the bus drivers to the entire staff very professional Alan and Mr Manuel the driver in our trip to Chichen-Itza were more than incredibly, friendly and very knowledgeable. Interesting cultural trip - Thank you so much for a great experience! The guide Martín has an incredible knowledge about Mayan culture, which he shares generously during the bus trip and on-site. The trip went very smoothly. Thank you so much, I’ll recommend your company to my friends.

A piece of living history! - Booking was really easy, although they should specify that cash will be needed everywhere on this tour. Luckily our tour guide is smart. Viktor was able to assist us in our struggle with getting cash. The tour is as advertised, one full day. Viktor's knowledge and explanations on the Mayan culture was excellent. Antonio our driver was so good that everytime we were at the bus we just have siesta. Chichen Itza was spectacular. I would have loved to walked around more. The downside for me was the buffet. The food was meh. Water is not included in the all inclusive part. Chocolates in town was excellent. Overall the trip was worth the meh level food. I would not recommend this trip for couples with very young kids as they would be bored. Bring sunscreen and get the Mayan birth certificate. It is well made and an excellent souvenir.

Excellent tour once everyone is onboard - The only reason I didn’t give this day 5 stars is because it took a loonngg time to pick everyone up in the morning. Despite an email the day before that clearly stated when to be ready and that the bus wouldn’t wait for longer than 5 minutes for you, the bus actually waits as long as it takes. It took an hour to make 3 stops that were all a few blocks from each other. A painful morning for those of us who got picked up first. However, if you can prepare yourself for the possibility of starting the day this way, then the rest of the day is absolutely worth it. Allen was our tour guide and he is funny and knowledgeable and attentive. He made the trip really interesting with stories of Mexican history in general and Mayan history in particular. Chichen Itza and the cenote were spectacular and the time allotted for both stops was just right. The town was lovely for a few pictures and to see somewhere a bit less touristy. The whole experience felt safe in terms of infection risk with mandatory mask wearing and plenty of hand sanitizer. A great day despite a slow start.

1st day your great. 2nd day not so much - Chichén Itzá and Cenote was amazing. Our tour guide Pastor was helpful and informative. A really kind guy. I rate this as average because the second day which included the catamaran to isla mujeres was not clear that shuttle service was not included and would be an additional fee. Buyer be aware. Shuttle service is only for day one and unless you are close to Cancun you will need to get shuttle service so an additional appx 1300 mxn (70usd). Also I tried several times to set up shuttle service through Trip Advisor and SAT Tours but never got options. Just the same repeated message that shuttle service was not included. So ended up not going on the Isla Mujeres portion. Might be better to exclude Isla Mujeres if you do not lock down shuttle service.

The Catamaran was packed with well over 60 people. - First, the trip to see the pyramids was as expected in every way. The cost for knick knacks will knock your socks off. Our guide was great. Day 2 ooooof! Our transport to the bay included 30min late 3 stops collecting 15 paying folks in a vehicle that could only hold 11. The catamaran was clearly overbooked. There had to be over 60 people. My family of five was sitting in areas that clearly weren’t meant for sitting. The had us take our water shoes off to enter the vessel. While entering my daughter slipped on the slippery surface and cut her foot between her toes. We had to take a separate ferry at our expense to take our daughter to seek medical attention. All they had was a poorly stocked first aid kit full of wrappers instead of sterile supplies. When she was seen at the hospital they asked us who bandaged her and commented that they didn’t know what they were doing and that the wound was not properly cleaned. This ended our water activities as a family. Avoid a company that will place more care for the vehicle than the humans it’s designed to carry. They should be fined if not sued for how they operate. If you are ok feeling like cattle being transferred from one port to another. It’s on you.
