Tour the ruins and then take a dip - Abbi and Felipe provided a GREAT time. The ruins of Tulum were explained in detail and we had several opportunities to explore on our own. The swim at the cenote was fantastic! What a great experience.

Fun in the sun! - Aubi was a wonderful and organized tour guide, and made sure everyone was safe and doing well under the Yucatan sun. Jesus got us to our destinations on time. The cenote was beautiful! Great tour overall!

Unforgettable Experience :) - This Tulum and Cenote experience was an unforgettable experience. Mary is a funny gal :) super detailed with her history knowledge! This Cenote is a PRIVATE site for only this travel agency so only the tour excursion passengers had access to this cenote! That was AMAZING!! Tulum is hot so just stay hydrated and take sunscreen! It’s beautiful though! MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THIS TOUR! I HIGHLY recommend this tour! :) thank you Mary! :)

Tulum ruins - This was a great tour. Just enough time to see the ruins & cenote and get back to our hotel for the afternoon. Our driver Adi was on time and great. The cenote was amazing. Not busy at all. Loved that we had the place to our self. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Not old but newer VW passengers vehicle. We had a great trip

You HAVE to book this!!! - Unbelievable experience! We had the best tour guides. Very informative. The Tulum ruins are amazing, it was hot as heck, definitely recommend bringing a shade umbrella. No plastics in the park, so make sure you carry water in an aluminum bottle. Juan was a gem, he knew so much information and spoiled us with knowledge. Wish we had more time to keep talking with him. The cenote swim after at Puerto Maya was the best way to finish a beautiful day! The hosts were accommodating to the families with small children too. The water was so refreshing and there is a bar and restaurant there too. Prices are in USD. You can rent lifejackets and lockers too. Saw cool wildlife, lots of iguanas baking in the sun. This was a great start to our vacation and I am so happy with how smooth everything was! Thanks again everyone! 10/10

Good trip - Nice trip, it’s a full day experience. We got picked up at the hotel at 7.25am and got back at 4.00pm ish.. very comfy bus so the transportation is no problem. Jackie was our guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. The ruins in Tulim is worth the trip, and the stop at the cenote for swimming and tacos was nice. It was pretty hot in the Tulum site, so recommend to bring a hat and wear a minimum of clothing.

Poor experience!! Stay away from this tour!! - This was an absolute rip off. They charged so much money and the entire experience was very poor. The bus ride was very slow and we reached almost 4 hours after leaving from Hotel Zone in Cancun. Julian, our guide was not so great. He put so many restrictions on not taking bags etc, when there was no issues whatsoever. He barely provided any information about the Mayan Ruins and the culture. At the ruins, we (English speaking people) were asked to go with a different guide. He seemed so disinterested and barely stayed with us for 10-15 mins. We were given only 1 hour in total to stay at the Mayan Ruins, including to and fro from the parking lot. Then we visited a cenote which was very basic (as compared to the cenote we visited during our trip to Chichen Itza. I would stay away from this tour company, they are just looking to make money. You are better off coming here on your own if you have rented a car.

Not good. - Our excursion was booked for 10am. We were supposed to arrive ten minutes before hand. We arrived at the address that we were given 20 minutes prior to departure. At 9:50 we called to make sure the van was coming. We were told they would be there at 10:00. At 10:10 we called again because the van had still not showed up. Whoever I spoke with told us that the van was at Burger King (this is not the location stated in the directions). I told the man we would be there shortly to please not leave us. When we arrived at Burger King, there was still no van. So I called the number again. He informed me that the driver left. I asked for a refund and was told that I needed to contact his attorney. Which seems a bit extreme. All in all this was an awful experience with poor communication and a complete waste of money.
