Mayan culture at its best! - Being a family of 5, it was not easy to take a pick within all options offered. This tour was great. A couple of delays due to other travelers but that was not a big deal. This full-day tour has all included, taxes and tickets. We even had a waiter on the bus, they kept us attended with sodas, Gatorade or bottled water all the time. David, our tour guide kept us entertained and immeresed in Mayan culture and wisdom. It's super interesting, so much happens along the way. Tulum is like a kind of Easter Island because of its views. As well as Coba. The ruins are quite well preserved and the place is perfect for unforgettable pics. Our children loved the cenote so much they didn't want to leave. We took the archaeological package from Tourballoon Travel, everything was great from start to finish!

Tulum, Coba and Sinkhole is THE BEST! - We found a good deal online for two tours for a great price and this was the second one. It's an full day trip to Tulum, Coba and Cenot and all the tickets are included. We had a big group of friends and family and the company was really helpful in getting us organized. Some of us got lost and couldn't find the bus meeting point, Ivan our guide was our lifesaver. He found us and took us back to the ride. The views from the top of the ruins in Tulum are wonderful. Riding a tricycle through the jungle to get to the main pyramid in Coba is super fun and great way to see the site. On top of tht, our guide is a total guru when it comes to Mayan knowledge. The sinkhole is cool, you walk down some wooden stairs to get to the bottom. When you enter, you discover a spectacular scenario. We were very satisfied with the whole day. It's a must see for sure.

A perfectly guided adventure through Mayan history - This isn't a tour, it's an epic, all day quest and our guide Miguel "Mike", was the ultimate adventure leader! He expertly navigated our squad through ancient kingdoms, translating every clue in both Spanish and English so no one missed a beat. We battled the sun at the stunning Tulum ruins (pro-tip: bring a fan!) then recharged our spirits with a mystical ceremony and a cenote swim. It's a marathon of awesomeness from sunrise to sunset, but if you wanta real adventure, this is it. Highgly recommended this incredible journey!

Perfect Mix of History and Adventure at Tulum and Coba! - This tour packs in so much awesome stuff! The views from the Tulum ruins are great and exploring Coba was incredible (Pro-tip: Get the bike taxi!). Our first time in a Cenote, the whole landscape was fantastic and the food was delicious and authentic. An A+ staff and full day!

Amazing Tour, Even Better Price - This tour is such an amazing value! We looked at the other options, and this one offers so much more for the price. On top of that, our guide Isidro was fantastic and the transportation was super comfortable. A really enjoyable trip all around. Tourballoon Travel nailed it!

Well Organized Tour with Outstanding Service - Although we had a slight delay getting ready, the driver kindly waited a few extra minutes for us. Despite the heat, the team kept us comfortable with cool drinks, A/C on the buys and Gatorade after the ruins walk. We had no doubt this was the right activity to choose. The entire experience was a charm. Highly recommended!

Lots of things to do and short time for it - This tour is designed to explore amazing archaeological sites. At Tulum, be prepared to walk under a scorching sun and take a thrilling biking ride (the Mayan Uber) to see a few ruins in Coba. It's 100% worth the experience. Later, you will enjoy a lovely and refreshing swim in the Cénote.

Not worth the price - Overpriced for what it was! The places are nice and totally worth visiting but with a serious travel agency. We were picked up on a van for the first part of the trip and dropped off on a bus stop in a busy highway for another pick up. We arrived to the Jaguar park very late. Our guide was super disorganized and the tour information was very confusing. Some people had their tickets booked and others had to purchase on the spot. The ‘deluxe’ package is a scam. There’s no unlimited snacks or drinks in the bus, they only give you a ridiculously tiny water bottle at the end of each trip and they give you a small ham and cheese sandwich. We had to constantly look for our guide on each place. We had the buffet at 4 pm and in the cenote there are not towels. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this agency. There are other serious and much more reliable agencies out there.

Did not take the trip - I ended up not taking the trip. It's a two hour ride to Tulum, so a couple of days before I asked whether the bus had bathrooms. They said that they couldn't tell me whether there would be a bathroom until the morning of the trip. That morning they told me that our bus didn't have a bathroom so I had to cancel. However, that was past the cancellation time, and they wouldn't refund my money and Viator wouldn't either.
