Amazing Chichen Itza Adventure! - A fantastic way to explore Chichen Itza in a day, comfortably on a bus, they take care of everything for you. We had considered going on our own, but we changed our minds after seeing all the fees and expenses involved. This tour, which includes all taxes and fees, seemed like one of the best options for a small family like ours. Having an experienced guide like "Ivan" is key. We felt safe and well taken care of. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

Amazing place - Chichén Itzá tour from Cancún – brilliant day out overall Really well organised from start to finish and our guide was excellent — really knowledgeable and made the history genuinely interesting. Chichén Itzá itself is absolutely stunning and 100% worth seeing. Just a heads up though: it’s a very long day (around 15 hours round trip) and the minibus is quite cramped, so it can get uncomfortable, especially on the journey back. That said, everything ran smoothly, we had enough time for photos and exploring, and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Cancún.

A must visit! - I wasn’t too sure about this tour when I booked it because I thought my teen sons would be really bored. We had an amazing tour guide Tomas, through Xcaret, who was very engaging and informative from the coach journey and throughout the tour was so good and straightforward. We also visited the Canote.. this was an incredible place, very special and beautiful. Highly recommend this trip.

Our best experience in Mexico!!! - We arrived in Playa del Carmen eager to experience new things and do so in an adventurous way. As someone mentioned in the reviews, "The most beautiful places are in the Yucatan". This full-day trip didn't disappoint. Chichen Itza is magical, mystical and truly, without a guide, you'll have no idea what happened there. We had the best guide "Miguel". We were amazed by many things you don't see in videos or documentaries about the Mayans. In the cenote, we saw colorful fish with a snorkeling mask. The man-made architecture blended with the hand of nature makes this a truly wonderful place. Despite it being a peak season, each site is very well organized to avoid overcrowding. By the way, taxes and fees are already included!

Chichen Itza all-inclusive, truly, everything! - We finally fulfilled our dream of experiencing a full day trip to see the Mayan city of Chichen Itza and other incredible places in the Yucatan such as the Xcayum natural pool and the city of Valadolid. Our guide David, the host, the driver and the customer service team deserve a 10/10. Everything is very well organized and you get exactly what you pay for. The Mexican lunch, the Mayan dancers, an authentic shaman and men in owl, jaguar and eagle costumes in the mayan style make this experience truly special. Tip: Arrange your dinner for when you're back (if you're staying in a hotel) because the restaurant might no longer be open by then. Overall, a great tour!

Fantastic Chichen Itza & Cenote - Great trip, wouldn’t come to Cancun and miss the Mayan wonder! However, trip was operated by a different company, “Baktun” and so perhaps other travellers should check them out directly. All taxes etc was good, didn’t need to pay additional fees; communication for pick up was great. Deluxe is not value for money, skip it. The biggest negative was the Mayan “village” it’s not, it’s a place the tour operator brings its coaches, has a store to sell tourists the usual souvenirs, and an add on chocolate room, read that as “another upsell room”. Too much time was spent here for what was a pretty poor lunch. For a long day it was something they could skip or strip down but would guess there is link between the tour operator Baktun and the owners of the “village” it was too Disney for me. That being said, the main event of chichen itza was perfect; guide was great, timing there was good. Cenote was also idyllic.

Lots of misinformation on... - Lots of misinformation on your description of this tour. The tour was in a small van not a bus with a restroom as described. I was given 2 small bottles of water all day. No umbrellas at Chichen itza. I waited an hour for am transport. The tour guide was very friendly and the places were great but your description was much less than what I rcvd for $185.00

Chitzen Itza and Cenote were wonderful! - The trip felt rushed at the stops and the bus ride was way too long! We spent 14.5 hours away from our resort. The tour guide was learning English and it was her first day doing both English and Spanish. Kudos to her, but.she needs to remember to do the English version after the Spanish and slow down. Also, more background and explanation of what is being visited would have made it more enjoyable overall. It was nice, but the value for what we paid in USD wasn't there.

Dire. - They did not flexibilize when proposing to meet in the box office, since I was staying in the village of ruins, Anna Vega's attention was arrogant and unpleasant, questioning if I had read the regulations of the activity, but nowhere says that they cannot meet at the entrance of the historic site. I couldn't access refund either, a real waste of money, time and energy.
