Great trip - We availed of the hotel pick-up which was very convenient. The bus was a comfortable ride. Sandro was very informative and good guide. He even used pictures to illustrate some of the historical facts about the Tulum ruins. We didn't take the plunge at the cenote but he recommended that we can dip our feet in the water for some fish spa/massage which we did. It tickled at first but it was relaxing when we got used to it.

Five stars!! Must book if you are in Cancun - This tour surpassed our expectations. After reading some mixed reviews we were a little skeptical but our tour from start to finish was five stars. The guide, Tomas was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. He took his time to make us all feel comfortable, engaged and confident about our experiences. He gave us ample time and did not rush us during the tour - we even stopped at the shopping area of Tulum before entering the ruins for free tequila tasting! After we were taken to the cenotes for a refreshing dip and the scenery was absolutely captivating. 100% recommend if you are in Cancun and looking for a day trip! The only downside is that you will spend a few hours picking up and dropping off other passengers before and after the excursions but everything was very well organized and communicated clearly.

Fun day trip, but bring your own water bottles. - Tulum was beautiful and the tour was short and sweet (which was nice considering how hot it was!) Our tour guide Carlos picked us up for a short 20 minute ride from Palladium Resort. He told us about the Mayan culture and took us through Tulum. One thing I wish we knew before was you can't take plastic water bottles into the park. You can have a reusable one though. After we had a lot of down time in the shopping market. Time to eat and shop, but we had to wait on Tomas in the heat until he finished his lunch to get into the bus. Then we went to a cenote which was very refreshing, but we thought it was going to be more cave-like than it was. It reminded us of an open Florida spring. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the scenery.

SCAM! - The guide and driver never showed up! My group of 5 waited 1.5 hours for them to come to the pick up point and they never came! I contacted the tour 3 times during the 1.5 hours and never received a response. We were scammed!
