Worth every dime!!!! - Wow is all I can say. this was one of the best tours I have been on. Everyone from starting point to finishing point was outstanding. The tour guides on the bus ensured that we had excellent background information prior to our arrival at archeological sites and also took the time to give great highlights as we on the sites. We were fortunate enough to have a bilingual tour guide who was funny and quite knowledgeable. One of the most amazing parts of our trip was the food that was prepared by the Mayans at a restaurant in Coba. I am not usually a lover of central and South American food but these people outdid themselves the food had my taste buds dancing 💃🏽 and I even went for seconds lol 😂 and I even ate two handmade tortillas which I never do. Swimming in the Cenote was very calming and worthy of mention the water was crystal clear and the Temperature just right. The bathrooms there were clean and the people very friendly. The scenes at Playa Del Carmen were quite nice reminded me of Bourbon street lots of shopping 🛍 restaurants and unique activities like holding a baby lion and tiger 🐯 really cool. I would 100% recommend this trip with this particular company because their services were outstanding.

Tulum Coba Cenote - I truly enjoyed myself on this trip. You can't beat the price for what is being offered. However there were some issues that I wasn't too happy about but not enough for me to dislike the tour overall. I would've gave 5 stars but some things I was looking forward to that were advertised on the Overview and What To Expect Section was not included. For instance unlimited drinks with juice, water and beer was not offered. Only water but after the first tour was done which was after we got back on the bus from Tulum Ruins. After you pay for your ticket you will see an updated version of whats included which states unlimited water only but they ran out of water by the time we came back from lunch. Anyways I got picked up at my hotel at 7:30am and was then transported to a mega bus. Felt like it was about 80+ passengers on this huge bus. They served you your box breakfast as advertised which was a basic sandwich, juice and a fruit bar which I appreciated My tour guide was Christian, very cool guy with a lot of charisma but I was very disappointed because I was under the impression it was a bilingual tour for English speakers. He had all of us raise our hands on how many English only speakers was in the bus and it was about 7 of us out of 80 so he literally spoke Spanish the entire time with a few English words here and there. It seems like everyone enjoyed him, he had the group on the bus cheering and chanting but unfortunately I couldn't join in. Also during the tour wasnt truly a guided tour. We got a brief overview in Tulum and was sent to explore freely. Couldn't go down to the beach area, guess its closed on Sundays. We went to a lunch buffet at a nice casual restaurant. The food was decent but not enough to go for seconds lol. I had chicken fajitas, pasta and spaghetti, not too many options along with my one free drink. Coba was nice I really enjoyed the bike ride through Coba Ruins which was the highlight of the Coba trip. But I was disappointed that we couldn't climb up pyramid steps to see the wonderful view. I guess its not available on Sundays. That would've been nice to notate that on the tour. On the original overview we were supposed to have a Mayan Chocolate tour but it was switched out to the Mayan Villa the very cool Multum Ha Cenote I was looking forward to. But instead we went to Zacil Ha. It was ok. I did have fun diving into the cenote from a zip line but it was hard to enjoy the dip in the water because it was so cold. My body just couldn't adjust to it no matter how long I was in the water but it was fun. They also have pools and a heated pool if you choose to do that Last stop was Playa Del Carmen to visit the shopping area of 5th Avenue. It was a nice visit; you had time to shop or dine and its a long strip to walk along with random performance to watch. So overall good trip. As advertised its 11 hours or more depending on your hotel location. Expect to get back to your hotel between 8pm-9pm Guides Christian was cool just wanted him to speak English more. I usually gravitate towards the guides as a solo female traveler so I can get them to take photos and gather information from them but we literally had a million people on this tour and I believe some of us were split with another guide name Chucho I believe, he was cool too and helpful. Overall good tour and great bang for your buck. TripAdvisor or the tour operators need to update the main overview page so no one is disappointed or upset at the tour guides as if its their fault or something. We did have a group that were picked up in Tulum that was very disappointed especially about the cenote and they addressed it to the tour guides with a little attitude. I felt bad because its not the tour guides fault for the misinformation on TripAdvisor that didnt match up to the actual tour

4x1 adventure - Make sure you have your print outs. They almost didn't honor my deal bc this says "all inclusive" and they use the word "plus." This specific company spent first half of ride trying to upsell, which was a bit annoying. After that, everything else was great. Trip is as described, organized, and on time. I think Playa can be removed. That should just be a separate entity. Due to limited time.

Not as advertised - First and foremost this is a educational tour it’s not advertised as such so i think it’s important for ppl know that . There is not much to or see on this tour honestly. It feels very rushed and you can’t touch or climb anything at the ruins. So the pictures of the people climbing the Pyramid is a lie. They essentially try and force you to pay 25 dollars for open bar once you’re board via heat exhaustion. You only get one water if you don’t pay an additional 25. Your out in the sun in 80 weather and they only give you 1 bottle of water. After picking us up hour late proceeds tell us that we may not be able to experience all parts of the tour cause we’re running late. Additionally they charge you for transport around the tour. The tour guide mad it very clear that it is unsafe to walk and or use the bikes ( which are included) there for you must pay AGAIN for the second tour. While we did have to pay for the bike taxies they were very enjoyable and the temple tour was nice as well. The cenote is ok not the best there are better ones and by the time we got there it was super cold and not enjoyable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! - Don't be fooled by the price!!! First, the 16 max people was a tour bus packed with 60 people, not including kids. There is no guided tours at Tulum or Coba, they heard you to the front, hand you a ticket and tell you to be at the bus in an hour and a half, which you can probably guess turns into two hours by the time everyone wonders back. They only have waters, not beer or soda, and the box lunch is a lunchmeat sandwich in a styrofoam container wrapped in a paper bag that has sat for at least 4 hours. The lunch buffet was okay, and the Mayan village visit is all staged and both of those stops we had to wait on people to return as well. The cenote swim was the only part worth it, and we should have just booked that by itself. 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen is all under construction and only like 2 blocks are done, which they don't tell you, so by the time we were heading to that we were over it and asked to go back to the hotel. The 11-12 hour tour as stated is in reality like 14-15 hours depending on where you stay. We got picked up at 8:00 am and dropped off at 8:30 pm and like I said we skipped the 60-90 minutes shopping in Playa. Totally disappointed in this company Viator farms this tour out to, Tours Cancun. Totally misleading and false advertising. I requested a refund after Tulum and they said I was on the tour enjoying it, so no refund. If the cab wasn't so expensive back to my resort in Puerto Moreles we would have ditched it and been better off. Spend a little more and book from your hotel tour offerings, then you have someone to speak with when things aren't as stated.
