Great full day - This was a full full day but it was a good one. Pastor was our guide and he did a very good job keeping us on time and sharing his knowledge of the Mayan culture. He was very nice and we got to spend time in Tulun ruins then Coba where we got pushed on a cart/bicycle on this really pretty tree path to more ruins. So pretty. Super hot day but it was fun. Then we had lunch that was so yummy everyone was friendly and the cenote was amazing. There were even little sharks in there. Not dangerous ones don't worry lol. Saw some peacocks and ended our tour at Playa del Carmen which was a cool spit with restaurants and shopping. Had the option to stay there or go back on the bus. Over all fun. Was drained at the end of the day haha but I would totally recommend! Our driver csnt forget him forgive me but I believe his name was Jose got us around safely. Thanks again guys!

This tour is a must do! - Thank you so much Pastor and Jose for a wonderful and thoughtful tour! They were both so caring and passionate about giving us a personalized and unique tour as well as information about Mayan culture that we never would have known ourselves.. We would recommend this experience to anyone looking to discover Tulum, Coba, and a Mayan town with authentic Mayan food and customs as well as a cenote for you to swim! Our last stop was Playa del Carmen where the group was able to explore the town at their leisure! Again, thank you so much Pastor and Jose for this lovely adventure

Beautiful Day Trip - Had a lot of fun with Juan Pastor and Jose. They did a great job in making the tour lively, fun and informative. The guide was bilingual and would explain everything, including additional trivia, stories and would answer any and all questions. He took us out to see all of the locations and explained the history. The tour starts really early but is worth it since we could visit Tulum and Coba before it got too busy. The cenote is wonderful as well.

Great value for solo travellers - Solo 22M from Bangladesh. Although I was initially annoyed at the early start time, it was completely worth it since the sites hadnless people and were easily accessible. Our guide Pastor was brilliant. Friendly, humorous, jovial, understanding and very careful with us. He made sure the trip was lively, informative and comfortable. He would always encourage questions or bring up trivia regarding the culture and history. The driver Jose was very good, safe and respectful. He is a fun individual as well. Especially if solo, it is very recommended so you can meet new people. I met this Uruguyan couple and gentleman from Ecuador and it was great fun to make their acquaintance. Really happy with how my day went.

The order of the itinerary is perfect, the itinerary of other 'amigo tours' trips is worse - The order of the itinerary is the best thing about this tour, although I would remove the Playa del Carmen stop since it is not significant, they only show you the shopping street. However, the Mayan remains and the cenote are very interesting and deserve more time. The time in Playa del Carmen could be eliminated and given to the rest of the stops. Pastor and Roberto were charming, both in their explanations and in answering our questions. The buffet is scarce. There are only tacos.

Do not recommend Amigo Tours. - Absolutely do not book this excursion or any other through Amigo Tours. We booked this before leaving home and they confirmed it. Once at our resort, Amigo Tours canceled it and then told us that it was our responsibility to try to get our money refunded from Trip Advisor. Our confirmation says that if they cancel we would receive an automatic refund. We ended up having to book and pay for the same excursion through another company.
