This tour was so... - This tour was so informative and enjpyable! The tour guide provided so much history within the culture and it was so enriching. It is great to be on the tour.

Could have been better. - They should skip the pitstop in Playa del Carmen and allow more time in Coba. I was the lone non-Spanish speaker of the group and it felt awkward. The guides gave full and lengthy explanations to the others but many times either did not bother giving me an English version ou when they did it was perfunctory. Not the best experience, to be frank.

Longest tour ever - If you don’t mind spending most of your time on the bus then this trip is for you. If not, don’t fall for the price. Pay more and get a better experience. We were picked up at 7:45am and got to our hotel with an Uber and not the tour bus at 1:32am. Most of the trip was spent dropping and picking up people. We went to four sites and maximum we spent on each site was less than 2 hours!

No show, poor staff response - They didn’t show up. I waited in the hotel lobby for 90 minutes. I later found out that Tulum is temporarily closed, and I couldn’t have gone anyway. I was instant messaging their staff, they told me they were at the pick up point, while I was standing there. This is not true. I was at the pick up point. Also could be verified with my hotel staff. That they no showed. When I asked for a refund, they quit chatting with me. Also the email to Cancuntoursbook.com bounces
