Tulum and Cenotes. - The tour is very complete, you visit the archaeological site of Tulum and Casa Tortuga park has 4 beautiful cenotes, it was the best part without a doubt, the guides with a lot of historical knowledge of all the places we visited, I recommend it for those who want to save time and money.

Fun with Omar! - Omar was great! He took us to the sculptures and helped take pictures for the group! He was funny and very accommodating. He also tells you information each step of the way so you are never left in the dark.
Here are some info:
1. The sculptures part is super cute and great for pictures. There is a line and it’s pretty hot so make sure to bring sunblock.
1. Bring a hat! It’s extremely hot at the ruins. It’s a circle so you can do it in an hour or so.
2. You can’t bring anything into the ruins. No plastic or backpacks. Bring a water bottle to drink beforehand. They give you a water bottle afterward.
3. Food for lunch is good. You have to pay for the drinks. The people that service you will up-sale drinks. They told me $5 when they told another Spanish speaker $3.
4. The Cenote part of the tour has 4 different ones. They take you as a group. If you decide to go with the tour group, you will need to get your hair wet because you need to rinse beforehand to remove any sunscreen.
3. There are 2 cenotes with caves. They are awesome. Do them.
4. You need your own towels so if you brought a backpack, you will need a locker at the Cenote part of the tour. It was $5.
5. You end at 5th street in Playa Carmen. It’s the best part to buy souvenirs if you are into that.
Overall, it was a great tour! I definitely recommend!

I highly Recommend it - Everything I wanted to see in Tulum I saw in this tour, special mention to Ricardo our guide who was in charge of giving us all the information of the Mayan culture as well as an explanation of the formation of the cenotes. all very nice, I recommend bringing with you some snacks for the first part of the tour. I had a little rain but that did not affect the tour. I highly recommend it

Fantastic Tour to Tulum and Cenotes with Guide Extraordinaire, Maui - We had an amazing tour to Tulum and Cenotes Casa Tortuga, and our guide Maui was absolutely wonderful! His knowledge of Tulum's history and local traditions was impressive, and his passion for the region was infectious. Visiting the archaeological ruins of the Mayans in Tulum was fascinating, and Maui provided us with many interesting facts about their history and culture. Cenotes Casa Tortuga were magical – crystal-clear water and beautiful rock formations. Maui made the tour not only educational but also full of fun and adventure. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this beautiful region! Viva Mexico ! Viva Polonia

SPECIAL AND ADORABLE TULUM - A fun option to get to know Tulum and everything that offers the destination such as the archaeological zone, mother sculpture and cenotes, if you leave Cancun includes you a stop in the 5th avenue of beach of the carmen, includes everything you want to see in Tulum in a single day, early when they pick you up they give you a box lunch to endure the journey to tulum, eye this is not a private tour so the boys take enough time to pass by other tourists, no matter we have an amazing time.

Just do it - What a day! Sergio and his team were amazing from beginning to end. The ruins were breathtaking. The sculpture park was so beautiful. The restaurant for lunch was delicious. The Cenotes were so fun and it felt like we all had an amazing time. This was the best adventure I could take for my birthday. Thank you.

Great Mix of Sights in Tulum - This was a great mix of activities, go see some fabulous ruins, stop at the beach to see some art, grab some delicious lunch and swim in cenotes. If you're looking for a guided tour though this isn't for you. If you just need the transportation it's great. Also, we stayed in Tulum itself so had to get picked up at a public place instead of our hotel but we were dropped off first so it was great. Also, at least on our tour there was hardly any English, but since it was a very independent tour it didn't make too much of a difference. If you're looking for a more guided experience try a different tour.

Careful what you buy - The views were amazing, however, this excursion needs to be edited to be truthful.
We had 8 people with us, 4 children, 4 adults. We were told to be ready by 630am. They picked us up at 7am. Ok. Fine. But then we were on the bus from 7a-12p before we got to the first excursion to the mother tree. It's just a photo op, and moves fast. You will be transferred many times via van and bus. The ruins we had only 1.45 hours there when it states 4hr , and no water is allowed unless in flask. The place where the meeting point is, the lady who runs the shop will not sell water less than 10 dollars usd. The cenotes were nice, but in the descriptions, tells you 2 hours. Fine. But then the shopping says 4 hours too, but only 1 hour. The trip turned out to be a 14 hr day with most of the time in the bus. The descriptions says 20 people max, we had 50 people on the excursion with us. We had it so we had an English guide. As best, it was Spanglish. Even other people were spoke Spanish and English were like, not English at all. They helped us more and the guide would get defensive when we asked him to repeat.
I was told to contact the company via WhatsApp and never got a response other than thank you for reaching out...I saw their response to another person reviews and I view that they were highly unprofessional to the reviewer.
Overall, if you have a day to waste, it's beautiful site seeing, but next time, we will just pay more to have a better experience

Avoid this excursion and company! - This was an awful experience. To start, our pickup with 30 minutes late. We booked this tour because it says there is a max group of 20 people. This is a lie. We were put on a bus with at least 70 others. The guide told us we needed to pay more money than what is listed in the booking. I could go on, but absolutely stay away from this excursion and this company.
