Snorkeling with thousands of fish - It was the best activity in Cancun that I have had. White sand and green water. Swimming with turtles and fish.

Worse experience ever - Never went on my trip and waiting on my refund. Went to the place before the time we were scheduled only to find out it was not confirmed. Called and said everything was fine and waited another hour. The tour guide came out and said this travel operator is the worse of the worse and to never use them. They never get paid from the tour operator as they never confirm details and will not pay the invoice. Awesome way to spend my birthday!!!
